Michelle did an amazing job developing my website! I was starting completely from scratch and she walked me through the process every step of the way from creating a hosting site all the way to the end. She was patient, very kind, and delivered an amazing product. She answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner and I would 10/10 recommend her to others!

As a first time website owner, I was apprehensive about using an online service, but this turned out to be a great experience. Michelle was friendly, informative, and a consummate professional in her communications, which were clear and concise. She built a great starter site for me from my rough outline, and it only required one revision. When choosing between many different offers, reviews from previous customers were many and very high rated. The only caveat was that the time delivered was not always accurate.

I was then guided through how I was to choose a template for my website, what to add, change and otherwise be aware of. There was no negative communication at all, although I am sure I was doomed ignorant sometimes :-)

Even after accomplished work - which I was very satisfied with - there were some additional corrections (mostly due to me changing things for the worse) afterwards at no extra charge.

Meaning I was a satisfied customer, and I came back!

They were so good that we ended up asking them to also make us matching brochures as well. It definitely gave us a leg up on the competition that we had such a professional design.
