As soon as I made the enquiry online Charlotte called me to clarify any questions I had and talked me through the procedure of letting through her company. They are the best letting agent I’ve ever used. They are accessible almost 24/7 and members of staff have the dedication to get things done professionally and timely.

This is the first time we have used ACDC Lettings and the service we have received has been excellent . Charlotte has been amazing . Always providing an excellent service . She has worked above and beyond her remit to work with me on my property. It needed a full refurb and Charlotte kept me motivated and checked in regularly on progress . She found tenants very quickly and they needed to move in quickly . Charlotte worked with me to achieve the quick turnaround even though at times seemed stressful but would answer her phone out of hours and weekends. Thank you . Keep up the good work . Daniel is professional polite and courteous . It has been so refreshing to work with Charlotte and Daniel . I’ve also made new friends . And we will go for that ☕️ soon .

Superb company, very professional service and most importantly easy communication.
