I've known James since 2012 when I first moved to the local area and needed a property's wiring bringing up to date. He was as excellent then as he is today.
Over the years he has conducted small jobs, conducted EICRs, and this year has installed exterior armoured cabling and sub-board into our outbuildings.

Today James has installed an EV charger. As ever, tidy and professional throughout. As a bonus, a good chat about anything to do with politics, the economy, and other interest stuff is never far away.

I experienced a problem when replacing a kitchen light fitting on a Saturday and contacted James as I had used his services before. He had resolved the issue and installed the fitting by 10am the following Monday.

Electrical Installation Inspection & Production of Condition Report - new legal requirement for all landlords - James Hunt carried this out for me and as always with all his work, this was carried out expertly and efficiently. He is a very amenable and co-operative professional who takes his responsibilities seriously, as you should expect. I have always been delighted with his attention to detail and the ability to explain the details to the layman like me and I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to anybody. He has been there to help out with even the toughest of jobs and he will be fair with you if he thinks that something needs to be done differently. Just the sort of person you want on your side.

He turned up as arranged and spent well over an hour giving us his opinion and advice. I have just received his very professionally laid out estimate, again for a fair price.
