Great service and thorough findings
Anton conducted a level 2 survey of a house I’m in the process of buying. I couldn’t fault the service by him and the office team that dealt with my enquiry from start to finish. Booking was straight forward, the pricing competitive and they liaised directly with our estate agent on entrance to the property to save us the hassle. Once the survey was complete, Anton called me the next day to take me through his findings in layman’s terms. The survey was very thorough and gave me all the information I needed. The written survey was then sent over the following business day. So impressed with the service, turn around time and overall survey by ADC. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Made the right decision to get ADC do the survey for our first home. Very detailed report, Anton was very resposive and provided the report earlier than expected. The price is quite affordable compare to other surveyors. Highly recommended.

The whole experience of booking in our survey was seamless. Everyone we dealt with was extremely responsive, and the survey took place really quickly. Anton took the time to go over the key points by phone and even sent the report a day earlier than promised. And all for the best price from the 5 companies we received quotes from. Highly recommend!

Professional and comprehensive survey
Anton recently carried out a very professional & detailed house survey. The report contained clear explanations of any areas requiring attention/remedial work even if minor, with pictures to further explain. Anton also called me to summarise his findings and was available in the event I had any questions. Overall I was very reassured that I’d had a comprehensive survey ahead of finalising the property purchase
