Addington Court Golf Academy Avis

Alex Mc Gregor is an excellent golf coach. He creates a relaxed, friendly and encouraging environment at the weekly group sessions I attend, managing to break down the key elements of golf into practical, fun activities with a bit of competition thrown in. This results in very productive and engaging sessions allowing participants to develop their skills in the safe hands of a highly effective coach.

I had a very good session with Ben.
He first had many questions for me so he could understand what esperience I had and where I wanted to go from my golf lessons.
I then hit around 20 balls, and after that Ben advised, with the aid of video he had taken, several things I could improve on. I changed things based on that advise and it all seems good. I will now have to work at putting that into practise.

Clear guidance.

My son and I had back-to-back lessons with Ben who was excellent. Very patient with my son and was able to get me hitting a ball cleanly after just 45mins. Highly recommended

Ben Armstrong was absolutely brilliant at helping me improve my swing and overall play. I’m now able to play a 9 hole golf course with ease. 100% recommend!

Apart from an excellent lesson, Ben gave me advice re the best driver for me in case I have to replace my current club which is faulty.

Finer points of swing clarified

The way Alex helps both the group and individuals reach their potential is exemplary . I would not miss a session !! Thanks Alex

45mins which changed my whole game.

Ben was very astute in listening to what i wanted to achieve and very quickly saw how to make a change which now has my game flourising and far more consistent.

Ben the coach for the group was very good and very informative and very patient.

I highly recommend Simon for golf lessons. His instruction has taken my game leaps and bounds from where it would be without him. His expertise and guidance have made a significant difference in my skills and confidence on the course.

Thoroughly enjoyed my lesson with Ben. He worked on helping me lift the ball with the irons instead of scuffing them along the fairway. Very patient!

Alex listened to my swing thoughts and gave suggestions on how to improve rather than tearing down what swing i already had.

Alex is a great coach - my game has improved 10 fold.
I couldn't recommend him enough.

Amazing coach

Alex gave my son an on-course lesson and immediately put him at ease. He quickly identified an issue with his swing takeaway and clearly explained it, using a screen to show exactly what was happening and how to correct it.
He also followed up with helpful videos and notes, which was a great touch. After the lesson, my son played a few holes and played the best golf of his life—he was absolutely delighted.
