Fabulous comfortable sleep.

After contemplating buying an adjustamatic bed for a few years , I'm now wishing I had done it straight away.
Yes it took a little getting used to but it is giving me much better sleep. I love having my legs raised most of the time. So easy to adjust to whatever position chosen .

Excellent company

Excellent company, from the beginning to delivery it was seem less. Our delivery team were extremely helpful and friendly. Existing bed was taken away by outside contractors who again were very helpful and friendly. The bed is fantastic my sleep pattern has improved and now getting a full night sleep with minimal back pain..

Shocking Aftercare

I am writing this review on behalf of my father, who purchased a sofa, reclining chair, and reclining bed from your company three years ago. Unfortunately, his recent experiences have been quite disappointing and have prompted me to share our concerns.
A few weeks ago, we noticed that the screws underneath the reclining chair started coming loose. My father reached out to customer service and was quoted £198 just for someone to come take a look at it, with additional charges for any necessary repairs. Naturally, he declined this offer, finding it unreasonable.
More recently, the remote control for the reclining chair stopped functioning. We thought perhaps you would be able to help with this matter, but we were met with another £198 call-out fee followed by £50 for every 15 minutes spent on the repair, plus the cost of any parts needed. This pricing structure seems excessively high, especially for items that are supposed to be durable and reliable.
To add insult to injury, later that same day, my father received a call from your team asking if my would like to purchase a new chair. This felt particularly frustrating considering the lack of support in resolving the existing issues with his current chair. It is disheartening to see that customer service appears to prioritize sales over genuine assistance.
Overall, my father has found your customer service to be appalling, lacking any willingness to help resolve our problems and instead focusing only on extracting more money from him. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements can be made in how you handle customer issues considering most of the people purchasing your products are elderly or disabled and deserve more respect.

With regards to your comments, my father was never offered extended warranty, the lady on the phone quoted £50 every 15 mins not £25, For what it was going to cost for you to come out he might aswell buy a new chair, not from you obviously due to your lack of empathy future purchases will be from a different supplier

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience.

Please note, it is chargeable for any repairs outside of the warranty period. Our call out fee is £189, labour at £20 per 15 minutes and the cost of parts ontop of this.

We do offer an extended warranty cover which can be taken out annually or monthly, which you would of been advised of when the warranty was due to expire.

After having a stroke I bought a…

After having a stroke I bought a recliner chair from this company about six years ago, it works fine. However their after sales department phone about twice a year to arrange a supposedly stipulated courtesy follow up check on the chair's mechanism. Nobody ever turns up, they call to say the agent was delayed, held up, ill, in other words they get a kick out of angering their clients with moronic pranks. Aren't they charming?

comfortable, adjustable sleep

Everything from the showcasing of the product, the delivery time and maintenance of the bed, to the extra bliss time of sleeping on a bed that adjusts to my body needs, sleep time nowadays is not filled with constant pain as the bed fits my body's needs perfectly.

A new bed for my wife.

From the initial phone call till salesman's visit was only a couple of days.
Five weeks for delivery was to be expected for the time of year (2nd half of the year, with xmas looming).
Bed install and the collection of the old bed was painless and quick.

Adjustable bed

We love adjustability both chairs and beds. It’s lovely to raise our legs and our heads. The Dr advised me after we discovered that I had a DVT in my right leg that I should lift it up whenever possible. The bed although a double we have individual mattress so I can have my legs up whilst my husband can lie flat. It’s brilliant and so cosy and comfortable for both of us.

Excellent throughout the process

The rep was amazing, the delivery guys were beyond amazing.... The bed wow!! Absolutely unbelievable that I'm actually able to sleep... I live with chronic pain this bed has really improved my life

Large single bed for an elderly parent

Excellent service - home visit to assess our needs, good demonstration, smooth ordering process and delivered/installed on time. Very comfortable with great features inc grab rail, floor light and 2 ramps (head and feet) very sturdy base on rollers, very comfortable 3"6' mattress

A great experience

A great experience. I was updated through the the whole process. I purchased the bed 4 months in advance. They called to make sure all was ok.
When I was ready I received the bed when they said. My Sister received it for me and was happy with the level of service by the delivery guys. Thank you.
I've not slept on it yet. Will let you know.
