A bit if a let down

Almost 5k spent on a.bed and you cant even address ne by ny correct name

Almost 5k soent on a bed and having to pay for a matress protector and an extra sheet which is not at all fitted has left a sour taste

Terrible service

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Adjustamatic’s After-Sales Service

We bought our bed from Adjustamatic in July last year for £8,000.

Problem 1: The bed was delivered in the wrong size — we had to wait six weeks for the correct one to arrive.

Problem 2: This past Saturday, I raised the foot section for a rest. When I went to lower it, the handset stopped working completely. I checked all the connections — everything was intact.

I called Adjustamatic on Monday to report the fault and was told it would be 1–2 weeks before an engineer could visit. Frankly, that’s unacceptable for a so-called premium brand.

If I were the CEO, I’d be embarrassed that after-sales support for such an expensive product was this poor. How can a company justify taking two weeks to repair an £8,000 bed?

This is our second bed from Adjustamatic — and definitely the last.
Adjustamatic: Get your act together.

From a very disappointed (and loyal until now) customer.

Bought a contour AV bed in march 2018…

Bought a contour AV bed in march 2018 for £5,500,took out a monthly repair contract only to
be told it now terminated due to unavailability of parts,l now have a very expensive bed just waiting to break down due perhaps to a minor fault,only 8years old,was told l would have years of use,really disappointed,have a wife with advanced MS.

Bed problem

Hi the bed isn't as high as it was supposed to be, the mattress is soft and it makes us sweat,the mattress moves quite a lot,lm not very happy with it at all,and l paid a lot of money for it ,

Great product and service

We met the sales team at the ideal home exhibition and Lee showed as how the bed worked. We were hooked. We paid the deposit and as we were moving to a new home the bed was made when we wanted it. Lots of communication from the team, including agreeing a delivery date. The day arrived, great team delivered and constructed the bed, taking down the old one which was collected the next day. We had full instructions on how the bed worked before the team left. Excellent product, excellent service throughout.

My 95 year old mum bought a very…

My 95 year old mum bought a very expensive bed which after a couple of years stopped working. I tried to arrange a repair on her behalf and found the customer service practice completely unsatisfactory. You have to pay £189 up front but they won't give you a date when they are going to fix it. They told me they would call sometime in the next few weeks. What kind of a company doesn't have a basic diary/ appointments system? As a customer, it leaves you feeling used and unvalued.

Good quality, comfortable mattress

We didn’t have to wait too long for our new mattresses. We were kept informed regarding the delivery date and time. The delivery guys were careful and explained about periodic rotation of the mattresses. We find them very comfortable.

From my initial enquiry the experience of purchasing an adjustable bed was very good. No hard sell from the sales person. He listened to my needs and offered the best product from their range that met them. On the day of delivery the guys delivered the bed and set it up and explained its operation.
