Worst customer service experience
My experience with Nuvie company debit machine service has been nothing but frustrating. The agent (Hasan Ali) provided misleading information during the application process, stating that the payment charges would be $15 per month. However, I was shocked to see a $149 charge in the first month. When I contacted the agent, he reassured me the issue would be resolved the following month, but instead, I started seeing random, unexplained charges on my account.
When I questioned these charges, I was told they were due to a "First Data Bank service fee," something that was never disclosed to me initially. To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel the service, I was hit with a hefty penalty fee—another charge that was never mentioned upfront.
This company’s lack of transparency, random fees, and penalties make it impossible to trust them. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and thoroughly review all details beforehand.
