Rubbish quality do not buy from them it is a scam and you will have issues getting your money back. I would not even give the shoes to charity. Not an England based company.

I had (mis) understood that returns would be straight forward. I obviously hadn't read the small print nor had I read that this company was shipping from Asia, as I thought and saw pictures of what I thought was a UK store in London. Order took forever to arrive (and my reservations were realised). The dresses (ordered 2 sizes) but both are the same, quality is dire as is the cut and bore no resemblance to photo. Do not use this company nor get sucked in as I did which cost me £80 that i am never going to get back. I have emailed the company twice a day and still got no response. They should be blocked from selling on FB, Insta and everywhere as such a bad company on so many levels. I do not like the Shein/ Temu ethics and avoid these sites, but this it on the same level, much to my annoyance and dismay, but at least with those you get your money back in full. What a bad move on my part but hope you read these reviews and pick up what I overlooked. A One Star is 100 too many.

Company read my piss poor review. Emailed saying they are trying to fast track my repayment “for my shoes”, which again, it incorrect as I bought 2 disgusting dresses. Thing is they said…..you have to laugh that they never received my email (ridiculous as you replied to it) and that repayment of £80 would take 3 months. I don’t know how much more this company can sink. Dated 29 March 2026.

Do not be fooled by the glossy website, pertaining to be based in London this company is not all it seems! I recently purchased a pair of shoes which were no where near the size ordered, they were also cheap and of poor quality. When trying to return was offered a discount and the option to keep the shoes, this correspondence continued for several days until eventually, when insisting for a full refund I was told the shoes had to be returned to China at cost to me. This company is a complete scam!!
