Dreadful Fraudsters. I bought a dress which was absolutely awful on arrival- cheap synthetic material and far too large. The firm agreed to a refund only if I returned item to China and only offered a 20% refund unless I did this. I filled in their returns for, sent them proof of postage and when I followed it up, said it had to clear customs in China. Package arrived back to me last week, 3 months later, refused at the address. So, complete scam/time-wasters and should have looked at Trust Pilot to start with. How are these companies allowed to exist? Why is there no practical redress?

Oh how I wish I had read reviews before ordering the clothing is of very poor quality, made of cheap synthetic materials, and looks nothing like the advertised pictures.Although they have a London address they expect you to return items to China st your own cost
I will not be repeating this despite them offering discount and free shipping!

The products are from China, hence the looong delivery time.
When the items arrived the sizing was wrong. They offered either 30% back and keep the items or send them back to China at my cost!

A SCAM. An item arrived bearing no resemblance to that advertised. Awful quality.

Had to fight hard for a refund. Constantly told to return it at my expense to China for a full refund.

I didn't, eventually got a refund and stuck with the thing!

Really angry at myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered from this website, dress I received was absolutely nothing like the dress I thought I was getting, cheap , nasty and ugly dress, when I asked for a refund , I got offered 20% back, the dress is no use to anyone, don't know how they get away with it,, be warned 😡😡😡

I am still waiting for my dress. I have contacted customer service and been told it is on its way should be 1 or 2 days. Yet still no dress asked for a refund but refused because my order is in transit. Very annoyed!!

Paid £50 for a jacket. Got told was no longer in stock said refund would be in my account 5 days still nothing in my account after 5 weeks. Have sent loads of email got reply’s saying jacket in stock now still no jacket. People say away from this company it’s a scam.

Absolutely joke of a so called company £36 dress arrived waited long enough. Saying shipped ( yea from China) what a piece of tat won't send it back as no doubt wouldn't get refund. So people be aware of this site

Am annoyed with myself for falling for this scam of ‘too good to be true’.
Cheap polyester dress received, nothing like the illustration on the website.
Managed to get an email reply to my query of returning item, but yes postage to China probably cost more than the dress is worth.
Offered 80% discount off another item - as if I’m likely to be doing that.
Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

Very misleading. They state that for any return the customer is responsible for the shipping to Asia

I like everyone else who have offered reviews have been scammed. This company doesn’t exist. The garment I received was nothing like what was advertised . Cheap tat

A counterfeit and shoddy printed copy of the ordered item was received, shipped from China, (not Royal Mail delivery as advertised), and bearing little resemblance to the ordered item which was supposed to have been reduced to £39.99 from £139! Not worth £5. Didn't reply to my emails either.

This Company does not seem to exist as a London based outlet. It is China based you cannot return anything unless you send it back to China as a huge cost to you. Goods are shoddy and basically a SCAM.

This company is absolutely terrible. The quilts they sent are extremely poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. I contacted them multiple times, but they never replied and refused to provide a return address. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.Even one star I don’t want to give them I will give the -zero
