I love my porn and I shop everywhere I can online. And although this company is not the biggest, they are the best priced and customer service is on point. I've read some bad reviews here and some of them are definitely competitors or just outright lying IMO. People love to bash without giving any real specifics.

For one, this is the only place that has telephone customer support. You can actually talk to someone. If they aren't able to answer (probably from a big sale), the email responses are always same day, even multiple times.

But most of all it's their low prices that gets me coming back. $2.95, $3.95, $4.95, $5.95, really? This is very cheap for premium porn DVDs. They even have sales where DVDs are FREE if you purchase a very low minimum. I picked up 12 Free DVDs in one order that was less than $30 bucks.

As for new releases, they definitely have the best prices. Everything is shipped priority USPS. I've ordered at least 10 times now and 1 order had a few no stocks, but they offered me a credit that was worth more than what I paid for the missing DVDs. I'm good with that. If I wanted a refund, they'll do that too if you don't want the larger credit offer.

They do email promos daily, but you can easily opt out to a text only version, where there's no explicit images in the emails. Every email has an opt out link and I noticed in that link that they use a highly reputable 3rd party email management company which are extremely responsible against spamming. I create email accounts just for porn purchases, so that I'll know if they sold my email to anyone else. So far with Adult Deals, my email for it is 100% solid, no reselling or spam.

This is my main stay for porn. No online trojans from free porn sites - this is fact. Cheaper prices than anywhere else - unless you start buying used DVDs, I don't. My honest review. Cheers.

If I could leave a negative review I would.. This is 100% a SCAM company, DO NOT SHOP HERE! You have been warned. Bought two products for my first order, one was broken upon shipment and the other was the completely wrong product. Contacted customer service with proof of everything and they refused to do anything about it. Once I mentioned a broken product, they blocked all communication. I had to mark the transaction as fraud through my bank to get a full refund. Absolute garbage scam company that sells broken products and then blocks you when you contact them about it.

This company bootlegs at least 50% of the videos they sell in sleeves without the original case and artwork. It's obvious that they are bootlegs because the DVD artwork in not even close to original - basic DVD-RW printed text. They also OFTEN take an order for an item they don't have in stock and they DON'T ISSUE REFUNDS! They keep your money and issue basically worthless store credits, because they are not combinable with their other coupon codes. And since you can't combine them, you are forced to re-pay their high shipping costs each time you use one of the "store credits".

To be fair, when they do send originals, the prices are the best around, if you watch for the (constant) sales and avoid the sleeveless items. So if you don't mind having half your order being bootlegs and receiving useless store credits for 1-3 items in each order, they are the best around.
