Clear and Efficient Onboarding Experience
Courteous and professional from my initial enquiry. ADVANCE provided a clear and straightforward response to my request for an illustration and breakdown, which helped me understand the figures and make an informed decision about which umbrella company to use.
Once I decided to proceed, the setup process was quick and efficient. I also particularly liked the FAQ/factsheet provided, which clearly sets out what to expect and answers many of the questions a new contractor is likely to have. It saves time for everyone and makes the onboarding process much easier to understand.
