5 stars for the product, a lot less for 'our' postal system! waited a long time for the Advance cream to arrive, even after the company told me it should! I live in Tasmania.... and It comes from UK.
I was diagnosed with Kidney disease few years back, so with the Osteoarthritis pain in joints, the pain relief I used to get, I could no longer take.
It is the only product that actually works, I rub it into my lower back and it eases my pain. It is a brilliant product. I will make sure I order way before I have used my last tube of Advance 7 cream up next time, as the pain was awful without it!!

I have used the Advance 7 product before when I had Plantier Facious foot issue and I felt that it help subdue the pain and it did go away for good. Now have a toe joint problem and have started to treat. Supply wad fast and efficient with tracking in place.

Efficient , interested in clients
A friend lent me this when I experience huge pain with Sciatica - it made a real difference and I noticed a significant difference when I gave it back and was without it - so I ordered from myself and the condition has continued to improve. Too early to tell if the tablets are making any difference.
I am still finding it difficult to sleep for the pain but walking is easier.

Following your review, as you know, I contacted you directly to better understand what happened and to try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
You advised that you had previously contacted our customer service team by email regarding this matter. When I asked for a copy of the email, you explained that it had been deleted. I subsequently checked our customer service records, email logs and correspondence history and was unable to find any record of contact from you regarding this issue.
If you can locate the email in your deleted items or provide any further information, I would be happy to investigate it further. However, at present, we have not been able to find any record of the correspondence you referred to.
You also stated that your name and address were incorrect on the delivery label. I reviewed the order details and can confirm that the address used was the address entered when the order was placed.
In addition, I reviewed the Royal Mail tracking information and the proof-of-delivery photograph. Based on the information available to us, the parcel appears to have been delivered successfully to the address provided with the order.
Based on the information currently available to us and the information you have provided, we have been unable to identify any error in either the order or the delivery process.
If there is any additional information that may help explain the situation, including the email correspondence you referred to, we would be happy to investigate further. We are always keen to help resolve customer concerns wherever possible.
