Great Service!
Received the kit quickly, once registered there was a point of contact that kept me up to speed on the process. It was really nice to know they received the sample and I very quickly got my results. I would highly recommend this kit if you are interested or concerned about yourself!

Great Customer Outreach, Insightful Results!
I'm impressed by AFIL ability to reach out to me after I placed my order! Texting me directly through one of their customer service agents! There is so much data! I was not expecting such detail! I am still absorbing what it all means! Some of it, like food allergies, I was expecting. Other things like being able to pick up sleep quality and nilon exposure, just with a hair test, is amazing!

I want to say that with this test
I want to say that with this test, it told me exactly the foods I stopped eating were bad for me and now found out others that are harming me. I like the fact it gives me options for supplements or I just get my own that a bit cheaper. But now I know what I have to look out for. Thank you so much. Doing this my self was so much better than the run around with doctors.

This test was fast and easy. The results confirmed everything that I already knew with only a few surprises here and there. So I know it's accurate. If you're new on your health journey I highly recommend doing this test before trying to follow a doctor recommended diet. Get specific answers and avoid the general guidelines that may not apply. Save yourself some trouble. Trust me on this. I've tried every diet out there and none worked as it wasn't specific enough to me.

Very interesting experience
Very interesting experience. I did find out, that foods I was avoiding all my life, and even had problem as a child at home 😀, are not good for me. Plus many useful informations, hope will help prevent some minor pains.

I just snipped my hair and sent it in I had results the next day after the received my stuff. They made it more clear the steps I needed to do to help myself I was told I was allergic to many things in the past with no guidance this test showed me the same stuff but gave me the step to take to control it.

I registered my kit like I was supposed…
I registered my kit like I was supposed to before sending it in the mail. Waited for 10 days and never got anything in my email letting me know they got it. I reached out to their AI support named Bobbi who they try to portray as a real person with a picture of a too perfect picture of a man who should be acting in daytime TV. I’m joking btw. Basically my samples got lost and never tested or they got there and were tested but i never got any results. Also, I used my FSA spending to pay for it and they reached out to me saying they couldn’t approve it as a covered legitimate product!
So, I’m assuming they are a scam.

Regarding your sample, if it was lost in transit or there was an issue matching it to your account, we'd welcome the opportunity to investigate what happened and work toward a resolution. Our goal is always to ensure every customer receives the service they purchased.
As for your FSA purchase, eligibility is determined by our HSA/FSA payment partner and your specific plan—not by AFIL directly. Unfortunately, coverage decisions can vary between plans.
