The instructions were very easy to follow, and the support was great at every step. The time between mailing in my hair sample and receiving my results via email was so fast! I was shocked! I have some great new insights on which foods to limit/eliminate.

I was shocked!
I have been dealing with some health issues, and after seeing a post on Facebook about how your body can have food intolerances without you knowing, I decided to give it a shot. Simple, clear, quick!
It was such an easy from home process. Directions are super clear and they make sure each step and communication from pre and post results is seamless. I mailed out my test on a Friday and my results by the following Thursday! It came to no surprise that the results were incredibly easy to read and understand. A small detail I really appreciate is the extra information on alternative options for items that are suggested to remove from your diet. Removed a ton of the guess work. Thank you!!

Best thing I’ve done for my body!
This lab test was one of the best things I’ve ever done for my health. It has taken the guesswork out of my research to figure out what’s best for ME. “Healthy superfoods” are not always good for every body, one size does not fit all! I’ve been able to pinpoint exactly what my body wants and needs, and eliminate or reduce the foods it absolutely doesn’t tolerate, or prefers less of. The turnover time for my results was quick, and the report I received is chock full of information and easy to read. And it’s affordable. Try it!!! Your body will thank you!

Skeptical but not regretful
I'm skeptical about how accurate the results can be based on hair samples. The other food intolerance test I did several years ago using my blood totally contradicts most of the results on this one. I don't know what exactly to believe or do for my 30 year Crohns disease struggle. I tried this out of curiosity using a kit I got on eBay because the price was affordable. I will say that the AI texts and emails from a very handsome robot named "Bobby" were a little off-putting. But thank you for the information and opportunity.

My experience with AFIL was spot on…
My experience with AFIL was spot on with what I can't tolerate. I knew I was having issues with certain foods but needed some reassurance that I wasn't going crazy. So, after I received my report, I read through and sure enough it was confirmed. Now I can start planning my new daily meals without all the daily discomfort and get back to not being so bloated and inflamed.

It was pretty cool
It was pretty cool. A few of the items on my list were things I suspected were causing issues. I haven't put into practice everything I've learned, but finding out some intolerances without having to draw blood was great.

Each step in the process was simple and easy. I even messed up the Registration of the sample, but they helped me correct it right away. The report came quickly and I was blown away at the specificity of my results. I am taking action on these and am so glad I made the purchase. Wonderful.

My initial test actually got misplaced…
My initial test actually got misplaced shortly after arriving. I reached out and they immediately sent out a new package including the return prepaid shipping label. I was contacted as soon as that package arrived and we informed they were processing ASAP. I had full results the next day. I was very surprised by my results and am now working my way through revamping my habits and my recipes to avoid the things my body has an intolerance to. I feel better already by giving up a few of those items!
