Felt like a person, not a sale
Went with other half to spend his Christmas present, I wasn’t expecting to buy anything however the range of trainers swayed me otherwise. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. No pressure for a purchase, listened to my preferences and previous injuries to give advice and suggestions. Left with a price matched pair of trainers which are SO comfy. Thank you all!

Order AWOL
I've tried contacting several times about my order and the lack of an update. I've also tried messaging via the chat and have only been told it's been yet to be fulfilled - order was placed on the 21st Dec.
Such bad service!

Great speedy service
Ordered online as a similar shoe to one I had already purchased. Purchased earlier than planned due to such a great price in the January sale. Received a phone call to say order was ready to collect in less than 24 hours. Can’t fault the service and know great backup support always available at AP

Gait analysis review
I was a little apprehensive about doing the GAIT analysis, but once I got there and they explained everything to me, it was so simple and soon enough, I had the right shoe for how I run. They even had a pair of 100% vegan running shoes, which is impressive. I did not feel pressured into buying shoes on the day. They were friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable.
