AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where to begin with these , let’s start with a purchase of an white Audi TT reg KV14EGF My partner brought in a very low mileage Ford puma as a part exchange and the price offered was reasonable and a deal was done for the TT we were assured the car was in tip top condition and would come complete with a full tank of fuel ⛽️ so came the day to collect the we dealt with Richard hunter was no where to be seen just the valeter and a young lad , so off we went not two minutes into the drive a warning light for faulty rear light and yes you guessed it zero fuel so first visit was to a petrol station ⛽️ and a phone call to inform them of the fault which we assured would be passed onto Richard hunter real name Johnathan Richard hunter make of that what you will??? So drove the car a few miles the first week and then it all began buckle up folks this gets very interesting 🧐 a miss fire 🔥 after 7 days a phone call placed and no apologies just can you get it back?? Over an hour away and car undrivable so with reluctance they came and picked it up three days later and dropped it off to there garage TOP NOTCH GARAGE TAMWORTH More about them later 😂 the very next morning I was told it was fixed it was number three coil pack and all sorted remember the number three it will become important later , I said great when are you dropping it off? Oh no we don’t drop off come and get !! So time off work and yet again Richard aka Johnathan was no were to be seen? His dog was poorly apparently so the valater and young lad were there for collection so I asked what was wrong with the car the valater said they plugged in the diagnostic and no fault found?? I questioned this as Richard said it was a coil pack ? Quick as a flash the young lad piped up oh yes it was a coil pack ?? So not filled with to much confidence of we went I kid you not not ten days later after only driving the car a few miles again the miss fire re appears 🤦 I borrowed a diagnostic kit and discovered it was a coil pack failure???? So yet another call was made and long story short the process started again by which time as per the consumer credit act we no longer wanted the car as it was not fit for use and asked for a full refund simple right ??? Wrong we were met with refusal and saying they had the right to repair and return it which is correct after the 30 days but not in the case of the consumers rights act so a back and forth ensued and resulted with threat of legal action!! Richard aka Johnathan refused and actually brought the car back dumping it on the road way and shoving the keys through the letter box !! After saying yet another coil pack and injector was done remember the injector 😂 it became very pertinent later,On a low loader which will become obvious shortly as to why , so legal letter sent giving them aka Johnathan Richard to honour the consumer credit act or court proceedings would start after the deadline passed court papers were issued county court date set for April 2026 !! Meanwhile Richard adamant he will not budge so I decided as evidence for court I would take the car which had not been driven for nearly two months to an Audi specialist to diagnosed and yes some of you will have guessed still had a miss fire 🔥 😂 all the way to the garage you couldn’t make it up 😂 so diagnostic done a fantastic thorough job by Audi in Northampton and surprise surprise the only coil done was number two?? Not three 😂 turns out coil pack 4 is the faulty one ,dodgey windscreen and well past service for plugs , oh yes the injector this car doesn’t have any at all !! 😂 which brings me onto TOP NOTCH GARAGE I rang them to ask them for paperwork retaining to the work they carried out on the Audi 😂 😂 I use that term very loosely and was told Richard Hunter had it and couldn’t give it to my partner the legal owner of the car a copy due to data protection 😂 so after nearly three months Richard aka Johnathan Hunter refunded the ticket price of the Audi reg KV14EGF Which is now back up for sale 😂 and advertised as only having one previous owner which is a lie !! as my partner was the second and now registered in the garages name so makes a total of three !!! One of the finest examples around 😂 if you like a car firing on three cylinders it cost my partner nearly a thousand pounds to get her money back in court fees and three months of stress and anguish so beware people Richard is not to be trusted and should be avoided at all cost along with his Top notch garage a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience if I could give minus stars I would!!!!! You have all been warned read other reviews we are not the only ones by the way it’s a nearly £14 k car
