I recently had my annual review with Adam Page. This was my first meeting with Adam and he took time to describe his pathway into working with the company which enabled us to build up a good rapport. I found Adam very affable, informative & knowledgeable. He provided me with information I previously had not been aware of for consideration. Overall I found the meeting to be very successful.

Mike Annells has been exceptional throughout our mortgage application and I genuinely can’t thank him enough.

As a limited company director and IT consultant, my circumstances are more complex than a straightforward employed applicant. Mike took the time to understand my situation properly, identify the most suitable lender and navigate the process with confidence and professionalism.

What really stood out was his communication. He kept me updated at every stage, explained exactly where we were in the process and was always happy to answer my (many!) questions. Rather than simply submitting paperwork, he was proactive in identifying potential issues before they became problems and worked directly with Halifax to ensure everything was presented correctly.

Thanks to Mike’s expertise we received our formal mortgage offer far quicker than we expected, giving us confidence to move forward with both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new one.

Buying a home is naturally stressful, but having someone knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome made a huge difference.

My experience with AFH was great. Rabab was so caring and helpful. My partner of 30+years passed and named me his beneficiary on his pension but the company almost didn’t pay to me because they had misplaced a form. Rabab called them frequently and finally after investigation they found it and it’s all sorted and I got compensation. she made sure to keep me in the loop and fought for me. AFH are very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble to explain over and over if needed,they put you at ease very quickly, I would recommend this company to everyone.

Great help from Chris @ AFH in an area that I knew little about, he guided me through the options available without being too "technical" or patronising. Although some of the transfer process was outside of Chris' control he kept me informed of the process stage. I would definitely recommend Chris if you need financial advise.

I have to say Duncan Budd was extremely helpful. I had no idea when it came to pensions, made more complicated by moving one to a better pension for me. It was a long process involving many 'phone calls and e-mails but his patience and perseverance paid off and I feel I now have the best pension for me.
