Andrew Smith was helpful, clear and knowledgeable. He arranged in person meetings which is always a useful way to establish trust and confidence at the start of a new relationship.

Discussions, guidance with Nik Lambert made feel relaxed and confident relating to my assets. Nik was very professional in his discussions making sure that I understood what was being discussed and proposed. Also Nik was very attentive to documentation ensuring all was correct and giving clear details. Nik has a friendly attitude which in turn makes it easy to ask questions and give support when required

First impressions positive.
Met with Adam Page yesterday at an initial contact meeting following the retirement of our previous FA.. First impressions were very positive. Adam Page hosted our annual investment review this afternoon. This was a Teams online meeting rather than face to face.

Retirement plans made easy
Paul Hoskyns is brilliant, he gave my husband and I great advice and supported us through the process of sorting out our pensions.
