AFH Wealth Management Avis 

Jade Soutter-Davies was recommended to me as a Financial Advisor and since my first appointment at least two years ago I have never been disppointed with the advice and support provided. In fact I wish I met Jade years ago as she is so approachable. Jade provides financial advice in a manner I can understand; and due to the advice my finances are dealt with that suit my personal circumstances. There is complete trust and confidence with the service. Thank you.
I also this year for the first time joined a AFH webinar and wished I began watching them years ago as they are so helpful. So I do recommend them.

My financial adviser of 20 years retired and he referred me to AFH wealth. I had several meetings with the nominated advisor (well the first AFH nominated advisor forgot the two meetings she fixed with me and this was the second person recommended to me by my old advisor). After listening and building a relationship with the advisor I transferred several hundred thousand pounds of pension funds for him/AFH to manage. A few months later, today, and by telephone from a call centre handler I was told my advisor had left the company and I was being given another advisor. I am not complaining that he left; how could I. I am complaining about the very casual way I was told about this. I got no written notice of this; no courtesy explanation, no offer of choice of advisor. Just a young woman who obviously had no authority ringing me up, out of the blue telling me that this had happened. My experience is that their administration team is very slow but this is just unacceptable and poor professional behaviour.

Paul H. was recommended to me via a neighbour further to several failed attempts to find a reliable pensions/inheritance advisor. It soon became clear at our first meeting that Paul was very personable, well informed, understanding and had full command of his subject. Over the past year or so his communication has been excellent, he has shown diligence and application as well as patience and tenacity when dealing with one pension fund in particular who are clearly incompetent! I have every confidence that he/AFH will look after my funds and I look forward to our ongoing relationship.

Derek Gibbens has been my adviser for at least 20 years. He is personable, diligent and gives excellent advice based on a good understanding of my changing circumstances. It's a relationship based on trust and it works.

Became an AFH client when my previous IFA sold his business to them... Among a number of issues, I've now received unsolicited marketing material from AFH on three separate occasions *after* marking my privacy preferences to show that I do not want to receive marketing. Each time I have contacted my advisor with screen-scrape evidence of my opt-out and each time I get apologies and nothing else.

Either AFH are completely incompetent, in which case they certainly aren't to be trusted with something as important as your investments; or they are doing this wilfully, which means they are disregarding client wishes in the hope of making more money out of them. Regardless of the root cause, this is simply not a company that can be trusted.

We were moved to AFH after our last IFA retired. What we gained was the excellent team powering AFH investment decisions and yet still had the personal touch from our assigned IFA Ray Broomfield, who we can always reach by email or phone anytime. Ray and the team are very knowledgeable and offer great investment help on pensions. We feel in safe hands

Laurence Bainbridge our AFH representative has been with us right from the days when we had very little money. Even then he would drive at night across Counties to visit. Right from that early time to present we have had great, clear. advice. He has even made us lots of money. Thanks AFH, and Laurence especially, Happy Christmas 🎄

Andy Chater has been our financial advisor for as long as can remember. He offers a great service through AFH and is always willing to put himself out to meet our needs either in person or over the phone.
