I do not recommend this exchange currencyWe have been waiting for a week for our payment in Pakistan, and the support team keeps sending confusing emails without resolving the issue. Working with them has been a constant problem, so don’t waste your money or time.

I sent the money more than 36 hours and dont know where is the money as on app it showed credited to receiver's account but morning till evening 10 times enquired but no traces of money and no customer service on phone or chat .....
They are going downhill..

They don't deserve even a single 1 star. Its more than 30 hours . I did one transaction and have no idea where is my money

Really disappointed , more than 24 hours payment has not been transferred yet . They don’t have any customer service on phone . Previously they have a good service

Sorry to say but such disgusting company more than 4 years customer and now always problem today I send money before 11 o’clock and was not delivered and bad thing you can’t contact anyone for help not recommended for anyone use other online service and not take stress

Worst Money transfer company ever, never recomd it, I used their services to tansfer money, they deducted Money from account 5 days ago, status still shows awaiting fund, spoke to them, asked for proof of payment, I sent bank statement, later they asked for FPID code I provided them, every time I phone they tell different stories, some staff says we have not received the proof of payment, some staff says we have received it but waiting on our bank, some says we are dealing with this transfer manually. They are a big joke, still no sign of Money. Save your time and Money, dont use their service.

I have been doing money transfer with ACE money transfer for several years now. Never had had any problem. Plus their exchane rate is very reasonable compared to other comanies in the business. I am a bit surprised to see so many negative comments about them on trustpilot.

They got my money with them from last 7 days and they still saying they cannot trace it today they cancelled transaction for refund and customer services/management made promise to solve and then hide and next time new person start from scratch
