AFTERSHOCK PC Avis

Exceptional service.

Build is great, easy set up and quick and easy customer support

I recently specified a custom workstation with Aftershock, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my workflow. The build quality is top-tier—clean cable management, whisper-quiet fans, and rock-solid stability even under heavy loads.

The team was incredibly helpful during the configuration process, ensuring I had exactly the specs I needed without any unnecessary fluff or performance crashing. If you’re a professional looking for a machine that just works and meets your need while doing it, look no further. Aftershock is the gold standard for custom builds! Shout out to Paul and Deepak!

Great prices and follow-up call. Highly recommend! My son LOVES his new gaming pc and the equipment package made getting all the parts very easy.

Great pricing, amazing shipping delivery turnover, extremely high quality build, easy setup instructions. What more could you ask for.

I finally upgraded to a proper PC with the Aftershock Flow Lvl 8 and the difference is huge. It has been years since my last one so seeing how clean the build is and how quiet it runs is a massive change.
Coming from an Xbox, the performance jump in Warzone is on another level. Everything feels way more responsive and the extra frames make a massive difference in how smooth the game actually plays. I can finally see what I was missing out on with a console.
The service was spot on too. It only took 24 hours to get from Melbourne to Adelaide once it was dispatched which I didn't expect. The cable management is neat and everything just works exactly how it should. If you want a high end machine that actually feels premium then these guys are the go.

Better then expected and love the pc that iʻv receved ty

The service was great, the staff member Adam was fantastic and helped the process of purchase easy

You'll spend over 3.5k on a PC, for it not to come connected, even though packed securely and in a part of a PC you can't get to without taking apart which is an issue it self if you don't want to void the warranty

Then they'll go silent, when you ask for your money back.

Don't order, especially don't order if you want to get for your kids birthday/present

You'll just be disappointed

So I just saved up for a aftershock pc I was so happy when it came but sadly it arrived broken the foam inside the pc was all over the place but I called up aftershock and luckily Wayne flavell picked up he talked me through the process then helped me send it back when it came back from being repaired I tried it and it STILL didn’t work so I called up Wayne again and he put me onto Brad one of the technicians to further help diagnose the problem and it was most likely the gpu so I sent it back but this time I swapped it out for a different pc which is working perfectly fine but honestly 3.7k is too mutch just for a ryzen 7 7800 and a rx9070xt but at then of the day good job aftershock for taking good care of your customers and give a raise to Wayne and Brad! Cheers

The setup was great

Initially there was an issue with the gpu but after several exchanges 3 times, sent in the rig to aftershock. Discovered that the issue was the motherboard, not aftershock's fault its a vendor side defect, the commendable thing is they upgraded my gpu to the top model and also changed my assassin vc elite to an ice edition got thing sorted now i am happy

i love it its works super well

My computer broke due to transport issues, the guys at aftershock immediately got the ball rolling with a replacement and very soon I was up and going again. No hassle, amazing service.

Customer service A+ pre ordered my PC they kept me informed. I got a great deal the on zeal level for cherry blossom pc its amazing and the delivery guy was great thanks staff at aftershock very happy highly recomend these guys

The PC was built well! Works great. There was some miscommunication about its progress throughout, resulting in confusion over the shipping and receiving dates.

Build was good. Computer works well so far. Email communication and updates were clear. Price was reasonable, especially given the RAM prices at the moment. Unboxing and setup instructions were clear and concise.

I had an issue with the system not running correctly but was quickly rectified with some guidance from your tech support team

Really happy with the purchase. Was upgrade gaming machine and so easy to set up once delivered. Fantastic machine and delivered fairly quickly considering it was a custom build and ordered between Christmas and New Years.

It looks great and is super quick.

The Zeal mini lv.7 is a little powerhouse and can run all my games to perfection. With fast load speeds and incredible graphics performance I can easily recommend this to anyone wanting to upgrade their hardware. Was kept in the loop during each stage of my order being prepared and have had no issues so far.
