Got my dream gaming PC delivery just in 2 days and at good price.

I have ordered Nimbus Pro 8 pre-built PC with 7800x3d and 5070ti GPU and it's amazing. All games run super smooth at 1440p maxed out.

I had a small issue in that the GPU had worked loose whilst in transit. The support team at Aftershock were excellent in helping me fix the issue.

These guys are fast. It was on back order Xmas was coming up and not expecting it to be here before than. Next thing I know it was on its way and made it way before the due date. Honestly can’t be happier

After owning an Aftershock PC for about 2 years I started to experience some issues with my PC. After enquiring they asked me to send my PC down to Melbourne (I'm Brisbane based), which required all the correct packaging and internal padding for support, however I dont just use my PC for gaming, I also use it to work from home and I don't have a spare alternative PC/laptop for work so I asked for an alternative.

Dylan from Aftershock got in touch and organised a mobile PC repair in Brisbane to come out and look at my computer! Completely covered by warranty! Not only that, but my malfunctioning motherboard (or so we thought) was replaced with a newer upgraded one. Didn't fix my issue so the only thing left to fix was to replace CPU - a very rare case.

This whole process took a few weeks (because I had to wait for parts to be delivered from Melbourne) however Dylan was very apologetic, let me keep the new upgraded motherboard, replaced and upgraded my CPU and threw in a new SSD as an apology!

This time around Aftershock has redeemed themselves with my new PC aweomse and a great salesman Harley monitiroing this from order to shipping and delivery. He has been great and accomodated my changes.

The shipping was faster than normal and nothing broken or damaged.
