I bought 2 cooling fans from this company. They are absloutely hopeless- if you sit infront of them you get a tiny waft of cool air. The worse thing is- with the price I paid plus a customs charge they worked at £120 each. I later found put I could have purchased them for £21 at Debenhams. Definitely don't buy these fans!!
I purchased a WiFi XtraBoost extender from Agile Tech UAB to improve my WiFi coverage in areas of my home where my router WiFi was weak and gave slow performance while in use.
Apart from the setup instructions that required a magnifying glass to read, I managed to get the device set up.
However my existing weak router signal gave much better speed tests tag I could get with the extender. I also tried numerous plugs between my router and the weak WiFi areas of my home but found that the device was useless based on what they advertised.
I highly recommend that you do NOT purchase this device! The company ship the device from Lithuania but the device itself is manufactured in China.
I ordered a pair of hearing aids and thay were rubbish i could not hear with them ,so I sent them back on14 July 2026 for a full refund .today thay have been returned to me (15 August 2026) and I have not had my £104.98 back just the rubbish thay sell .WHY ARE THAY ALLOWED TO RIP PEOPLE OFF THAY NEED TO DO THE DECE T THING AND GIVE PEOPLE THERE MONIES BACK AND STOP TRADING.

Dad bought hearing aids from them and they were terrible quality. Sent them back to Lithuania over a month ago and the exact same hearing aids have just been returned to us.

Our company encountered dishonest practices from this service provider. We were misled into paying for onboarding. Once we realized the company was acting unethically, we immediately decided to terminate the contract. They promised to refund half of the onboarding fee but ended up deceiving us again and never returned the money.
We strongly advise against paying for onboarding with this company! There are many providers on the market that offer free onboarding with much higher service quality.
It’s important to understand: a great product cannot be built when the company’s founder acts dishonestly and seeks to take advantage of their clients.

What happened (from our side)
WhatsApp conversation with our founder – On 29/4/2025 you contacted our founder via WhatsApp. He asked you to forward the full details to support@agiletechsolutions.co.uk so our finance and client-care teams could verify the timeline and paperwork. He also reminded you that the contract allows seven business days for any dispute and added, “If you email, we’ll see what we can do.”
During that conversation you indicated you would post a bad review if the fee was not refunded immediately. Reviews are part of doing business, but we still need a documented request to authorise a refund.
Refund status – Because the follow-up email never arrived, the request remained in pending status. If that step wasn’t clear enough, that’s on us.
What we’re doing now
Fast-tracking your case – I have reopened your request and placed it on 24-hour priority.
Clear next step – Please send a brief email to support@agiletechsolutions.co.uk with the subject line “Refund follow-up – Aza / [Your Company]”. This lets us match your name to the correct record.
Transparent resolution – Once we receive the email, our finance lead will review the onboarding hours logged. If any portion of the fee is due back, we’ll issue the transfer immediately and email you the transaction reference. Otherwise you’ll receive a written explanation and a zero-balance statement.
