Brilliant job - complete house clean - everything immaculate & super clean - can’t recommend highly enough - very friendly and approachable staff too

I rarely write a review, unless its exceptionally good or bad.

Let me tell you why you shouldn't hire their service which made me speechless:

1. Unreliable booking
We booked and confirmed a cleaning service 4 weeks in advance with a deposit of £200. But the confirmation message they sent contained incorrect date and time details, which already showed a lack of organisation.

2. Last-minute cancellation with no accountability
We reconfirmed the appointment one day before. However, 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival, they cancelled the job, claiming they had quoted the service at a lower price. How is this considered professional?
We had just moved into a new home and needed a deep clean before staying overnight, this had caused significant disruption and stress.

3. Poor communication and customer service
The responses we received were dismissive. There was no genuine effort to resolve the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

4. Very concerning deposit refund process
We were told the deposit would be refunded on the day they cancelled. But, there were no proactive updates, we had to chase repeatedly over multiple weeks, and we were later told the transaction had “bounced back”, yet no one informed us until we followed up ourselves. Even after providing new bank account details, the refund was still delayed and only processed after further chasing.

The entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and, at times, concerning. Given the amount involved (£200), the lack of transparency and delays made it feel like a potential scam, which is unacceptable for any legitimate business.

Please do consider carefully before even requesting a quote from them.

Omnia Clean UK delivered an exceptional service from start to finish. The team arrived on time, carried out the work with real attention to detail, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quality of the cleaning was outstanding, and the results exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable exterior and interior cleaning specialists.

The Guy roger said I finish early and it wasn’t true because I was expected to stay at the job for nearly 12 hours and considering it was my first day I couldn’t manage and I made it clear.
I also done a couple of hours of cleaning and wasn’t paid for that and I signed a zero hour contract I think they breaking the law and very dismissive behaviour.

Omnia Clean UK did a thorough job on my home-everything looked fresh and spotless. The team was friendly, arrived on time, and explained what they were doing. Pricing is a bit on the higher side, but the quality makes up for it. Overall, very happy and would use them again.

I am selling my home and decided to have it deep cleaned. I was extremely happy with the quote provided by Omniacleanuk and went ahead. Tyrone and Mike arrived on the day, they were extremely prompt and professionally dressed. They showed me their id badges before entering my home. They explained the whole process and even asked if there was anything I needed special attention too. They then proceeded to get their equipment out of the van. They were extremely professional and very respectful of my belongings.
Tyrone and Mike are extremely lovely, friendly and took pride in their jobs. They thoroughly cleaned my home from top to bottom, from cleaning windows, bathrooms,kitchens and all my skirting boards. I also had my carpets washed and was thoroughly overwhelmed with the way they had come up (I was going to throw them out).
I am extremely happy and more than satisfied with the work Tyrone and Mike put into my home. They went above and beyond to make my home sparkle and smell gorgeous again. I will recommend Tyrone and Mike from Omniacleanuk any day. They were amazing and my house now looks outstanding. I am no longer embarrassed to allow people in. A huge THANKYOU to Tyrone and Mike.
