Disgraceful company. Do not buy from them I ordered in February and paid express delivery (14 days). I received it in May. No size label or wash labels. Definately not a size I ordered. No invoice.return slip in with garment. No paperwork at all. Sent email via their website for return address and no response yet their site says has to be returned in 15 days. Any body know where I can send it back to? I am taking this to trading standards. The item bought is sub standard with loads of loose threads. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .!!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE do not order from this website ! They are scammers, take your money and leave you without a wearable product the customer service horrendous!!

We ordered a wedding dress and gave my daughters measurements.The company was flexible, happy to help and great communicators.The dress arrived last week and it fits beautifully, is of a very high quality and has been made very well.We couldn't be more pleased, and the cost was less than half of what we expected to pay in the UK.I cannot recommend them highly enough. An Excellent Company and a pleasure to deal with.

I have nothing but praise for this site. I wanted a dress that was actually discontinued and when I enquired I was told it was no problem at all. I ordered and shipping was very prompt and well packaged. Dress is beautiful and excellent quality. I would not hesitate to order again.

An absolute debacle. I think it is a joke that this company, agowns, lilygowns or any name they trade as our allowed to trade! Perhaps Trustpilot can do something to stop them trading considering all of these negative reviews? I ordered a wedding dress and then changed my mind and cancelled within 4 hours of my order. I asked for a refund - they emailed me several times begging me to choose a different gown/not to cancel - what real company would do this? I managed to finally convince them I just wanted a refund and they said that I would have to lose a 'handling fee' - I have no idea what for? But I agreed to it, just to get most of my money back. This started on the 26th March, they agreed a partial refund on the 2nd April and kept saying I would receive 'when their manager was back from holiday', or in '10 days time'. On the 27th May I still had not received a refund, so I opened a dispute through my credit card, today I get an email from Alice asking why I have asked for the whole amount back, it really is unbelievable. I wish I'd seen these reviews before even looking at their website.

I would agree with most of the comments- very unhelpful! I tried to return dress without even opening it as I no longer needed it and I could see the colour (transparent bag) was significantly off how it looked online. Weeks later after chasing just the return delivery address, Alice, who could do with a lesson in manners declined my request based on me being a few days outside of the 14 permitted. So I now realise £100 is wasted I might as well donate dress to charity shop. I opened the bag this morning (after refund declined) and the quality of the dress I have received is shocking, extremely poor with the lining hanging 4 inches below the actual dress!! So now I’m even more annoyed as the dress isn’t even worthy of giving away!! Please don’t waste your time or money on this supplier. High Street stores also sell some beautiful gowns and you can get some real bargains in their sales. I will never trust an unknown supplier like this again now. I don’t know about scam but genuine and helpful they are not!!!

We ordered a dress with specific measurements for my daughter prom and the fit is perfect. The dress is stunning and my daughter is so happy with it. I had emailed the company a few times with various questions and they responded right away. I would highly recommend them. Fantastic quality at a brilliant price. Thank you!

Bad is not sufficient to describe what a terrible company this is. Received a dress which was very badly made. Dress was.nothing like image on website Meant to be below the knee and dragged 6 inches on the ground.I let them know about the problem immediately and have had 23 e-mail conversations. Have asked for a return address 13 times and have never received it.Lots of excuses why I shouldn't send the dress back. (it will be expensive, postal system in China is unreliable, company are going through hard times) Now passing everything to my credit card company in a hope they can help get my money back.
Do not use Agown or Lily dresses...

Do not use this company - they will not refund you if you are not satisfied with their garments.

If you're considering purchasing a dress through this website, please, save yourself some money, patience and effort. You will be sent something rather different than what you've ordered off the website. Afterwards, you'll be treated like a complete piece of trash and will not be able to get a refund/ exchange or anything.
I wish I would of looked over the reviews more carefully before ordering anything through this website, such a disappointment.

Agown is scam don't buy from them
This company is a scam, they give wrong sizes on the website, no returns sticker no telephone number, they say one thing and do otherwise l.
I bought a two dresses from them which are far too small than the sizes I chose, I asked to return them for an exchange or refund, they never gave me an address to send them back, they rather gave options which one of them statres they can aend some material so that I can give to my taylor to fix the dress of which I chose that option, they then came back to say I should pay 40 GBP for the material and 19GBP for poatage. They never say I will pay anything originally for that, now they have seize to respond to my emails.
I hope the consumer authorities will look into companies like agown and stop them from ripping people off.

Absolute con website it was recommended to me so did not think to read reviews 🙈 sizes are way off colour of the dress is wrong no returns slip contacted them several times about returning and their main concern was it will cost you as in me alot of money and it is a shame its a nice dress? Which actually it is not a nice dress its not what i orderd and the return price is my problem not theirs every email they came back with an answer other than returning and give a refund which i have asked for several times and they are down right rude in their emails also hope they are happy ripping people off i am a single working mother and wanted to give my daughter a nice dress on my budget for her prom only to be ripped off by these con artists shame on them disgusting people disgusting customer service i would advise no one to buy anything from this site they also use lillygowns btw thats who i was getting my emails from when i orderd from Agowns so they obviously have more than one site so be carefull and i will be using all available social media platforms to warn buyers not to shop with this company and btw i have photo proof that the dress i ordered is not what it says on website and i am happy to share with anyone!

Very bad customer service. You don’t get what you buy. Return policy very terrible. No forwarding address or telephone number. Dresses sizes very inaccurate. Terrible terrible experience
