I have been happy with all my purchases from AiDot. I would recommend to read all descriptions because not all work with a smart home system.

I have not received the product I ordered.

Well I was skeptical of course but I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to see my new pool vacuum at the foot of my door.
Excellent experience with the store but the website is not what you would expect.
Seems to be another branch of the brand.

I would rate less than 1 if that were an option. I will never again purchase from Aidot. The website stated 60 day guarantee. I had opened the box but not fully removed the food processor components from the box because I saw the small size of the bowls (and the parts looked cheap). I requested a Return Authorization but customer service did not provide one and then after the 3rd email they stated the return has to be within 15 days. I pointed out that the website stated 60 days -- they still did not provide an Return Authorization.

We use these lights and plug-ins in our home for everyday use. We love the fact that we can have our lights come on and go off at a certain time of the day or night. We were doing some updates to our home and were actually looking for recessed ceiling lights that use the Aidot app. We have yet to find the prefect recessed lighting for our new deck roof. My husband only wants them with the black rim color and the Aidot app. I guess we keep waiting till you come out with them.

So Easy to set up!! Already had some smart lights that I love from this company. These lights are durable and very pretty at night....I love that there is no wires and I can control from my phone!

Very slow in replying to you, I cannot connect my Wi-Fi smart security light and I done every their help pages surgest. I think it has a fault but they just don't reply.
