They were incredibly helpful and compassionate- they replaced a faulty item with a slightly better model and did not charge the difference, which was really kind. The delivery was also very fast. Brilliant service.

I was so angry after opening the…
I was so angry after opening the parcel. How could you sell such rubbish?. This is supposed to hang a urine bag on. It doesn't do anything. This is the worst purchase I have ever made for £8.00. I have put it back in the wrapper. You may collect it if you want it . I just don't want to know..
