Excellent Rollator for tall people
I ordered the "Tall" Nitro Rollator and it is a superb piece of equipment. It is light and very easy to fold and unfold which is a huge advantage for storage. The big wheels at the front make it easy to steer and the deat is high which makes it easy to sit and stand up.

I purchased a mobity scooter and two rising recliner for my wife and myself. The scooter was delivered in 3 working days. Unfortunately the chairs were slightly delayed, but they were delivered in 6 working days. Considering these items were being delivered by different couriers and from different warehouses I was very happy with the timescale
Involved. I called ReliMobility twice to obtain delivery updates and their attitude was always positive and professional. Considering that the delivery logistics are out of their hands I thought the service was superb.

The rollator has helped me with the sturdy seat
The rollator has helped me with the sturdy seat, it is very easy to open & close again, and also the height adjustable handles are very easy to use, this has helped me to be more mobile, I got the bigger wheels to help with vibration and to use over rougher terrain, which this rollator will be fine with, I'm very happy with my purchase and at a good price, plus this rollator is more attractive than the run of the mill, and having the wires hidden is a nice feature.

Needed more information 'upfront' re folded dimensions, I assume most of these have to fit inside a vehicle, the size is on the limit for a small hatchback. But the product itself is good quality, light very easy to unfold and use. Some sort of cycle type quick release of the wheels could help redcue the folded size

A Very Expensive Wheel
I only wanted one wheel for my rollator but I had to buy four. Not Relimobiity’s fault, but a decision by the UK arm of the Norwegian manufacturer Topro..

Bad retailer with the worst terms and conditions
I brought a walker to help me to get out and improve my walking. I needed help to set up the walker and to get it into my car. As someone who needs help I needs someone to assemble the walker and put it into my car for. Unfortunately this took time and only to discover that it didn’t fit into my car. I contacted Relimobiliity to explain this and was treated so appalling by the customer service team telling me that due to their policy of only 14 days return they were unwilling to help me. I was shocked, disappointed and sad by their rudeness to order any help in my circumstances and when I asked for some discretion he told me that well I would I like it if I had been the one in their place. Where was the understanding and compassion in helping me. I will never purchase anything from them because anyone knows when you have a disability you often need the help of others and they are not available then you’re stuck. Thanks to this shop experience I see that they understood very little about the needs of people in stuck positions and will ensure not to recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for your reply to my review which still stands. I stated your returns policy of 14 days and that you mentioned I was outside of that. My issue was your lack of understanding and compassion not willing to exercise your discretion to helping me. So I will never shop with you or recommend you to anyone else. That’s is how I feel. Okay.

Avoid, no problems getting the Dietz Taima XC rollator @£500+ but if there's a problem with it the customer service stinks. I got it repaired by a local bike mechanic out of my own pocket while it was still in warranty. The seat cage cap ends have also fallen out, which are rare to find, I found them on a German website @55 euros, if you don't load bear on a rollator stick to an NHS issue one

I have used this company before for my first rollator.
The second rollator/wheelchair was delivered quickly and efficiently well packaged..in perfect condition.
A very happy experience, I needed it quickly for my holiday.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Advice on VAT exemption for disabled customers, topped off with great product knowledge. As the title says "Don't be afraid to ask them anything"
Good service
Bought an excellent product that was out of stock elsewhere.
The delivery was prompt. Customer service was excellent and when we realised the first one had a fault they responded quickly to deal with it. Bit of a wait while Relimobility contacted the manufacturer but replacement sent without argument or delay. Would use this company again.

First order placed with this company and there was a small hiccup on both parts but nothing major, customer service team were brilliant and my problem was rectified in no time and the item not needed was collected via a courier that they arranged. I cannot recommend this company enough, so helpful, knowledgeable and an overall great experience and they keep you updated from ordering to delivery.

I contacted customer service by email due to non receipt of my order. John replied straight away, quickly discovered an issue with the courier and re-sent my order. I was kept informed throughout and in less than 24 hours my order had arrived.

Lousy sevice
Phoned to buy a replacement battery for my scooter. According to their webpage it fits all folding scooters. The lady at the other end wasn't sure if they have it in stock and promised to phone back. Two days later I still haven't heard from them so I phoned again. Nobody was available so I left a message. No call-back. So yet again I phoned but this time I was told that their battery would not be suitable for my scooter which incidentally is the same make as the battery in question. I am disabled andmy only means to get around is this scooter and the battery is on its last leg it would have been helpful if they told it to me in the first instance.
Five months! later I received a request via Trustpilot that they want more information. What information?

Great price, great service.
We bought a powerchair from Relimobility as they offered the best price around but (as will happen) got a defective product. They walked us through troubleshooting, made sure we were happy with our options, collected the chair free of charge, had the manufacturer test it and when they confirmed the fault, sent out a brand new chair as a replacement which is working perfectly. Top quality customer service, very happy with them.
