Airflow Uk Avis 

Product stopped working after 18 months. Manufacturer referred me back to retailer Online Electrical Point UK on Amazon. Seller did not respond. Amazon system refers you back to the seller who does not respond. Cannot obtain either a refund or replacement of the product and Airflow is not acknowledging the guarantee. Complete waste of money and feel completely ripped off by Airflow UK. Left with an unusable product, useless guarantee, a seller that does not respond and Manufacturer who does not help to put things right. Do not buy Airflow UK bathroom extractors Airflow Icon 15. They will likely stop working. The product is obviously not well made and not fit for purpose. I am writing this so that the public can choose another brand. Don’t buy this one.

Delivered with the wrong size poles, customer service appalling , i tried for months to sort it out and got nowhere.
I had to make my own.

Purchased from Airflow Uk just before Christmas 2022. After carefully looking over their website it stated that a battery conditioner would be included with ALL purchases of an air chamber made through their website. Sadly this was not honoured.
Many phone calls and emails later I was told by trading standards that I had a valid claim against Airflow Uk but they chose to ignore this on several occasions.
Sadly for them I had to claim through my credit card company using Section 75. They agreed I had been mislead and refunded my full purchase price.
Never have I been treated so appallingly as a customer.
Personally, I’d take your business elsewhere and avoid Airflow-uk.

I bought a Car Airchamber from Airflow-UK last autumn, as it is supposed to keep a car clean and dry. I was very careful to set everything up according to the instructions...
Within a few days of keeping my car in the chamber I noticed that dust was starting to settle on it. After storing for 4 months over the winter, there was a considerable amount of dust. This product does not keep a car clean as it is advertised to do. This is hardly surprising, as the "high-tech filters" are actually just a couple of nylon "socks" with visible holes. They undoubtedly filter out a certain amount of dust, but as the flow rate is quite high (50 cubic metres per hour), a considerable amount of dust does get inside the chamber and on to the car.
Worse than that, mould has formed on the inside of my soft-top and on the sunvisors. I noticed during the winter that condensation would sometimes form on the floor of the chamber and once even on the insides of the walls, although I did not see any condensation on the car itself. They claim that the product will prevent "mill-dew", which is clearly not the case from my experience.
Once, after cleaning, drying and parking the car in the chamber, a little drop of water trickled down from behind the license plate on to the bumper. That drop was still there two days later, so the claim that the chamber will dry a car "like a washing line" is also not true.
I mailed the company various times to ask for help with the dust issue but, once it became clear that they could not fix it, they ignored me. I asked for a refund but they simply did not reply.
My conclusion: The product does not perform its function of keeping a car clean and dry, and the customer service is deplorable.
The only function it does perform well is to prevent accidental physical damage such as scratches since the air pressure inside makes it almost impossible to accidentally touch the car from outside.
