I have been travelling for over 20 years, and I must say I have never had such a disappointing experience.
The service provided did not correspond to what was originally booked and paid for. The company even acknowledged that the initially expected service had not been delivered. An alternative solution was then proposed, but this was also not properly respected nor fully implemented.
Furthermore, the “meet and greet” service was not provided as advertised. The elements highlighted at the time of booking (such as a meet-and-greet with a sign, on-site assistance, Wi-Fi connection, etc.) did NOT EXIST in reality.
In addition, extra parking fees were requested on site by the driver, which had not been clearly communicated at the time of booking and is not acceptable in the context of a prepaid service.
The customer service blocks you when you file a complaint, something I have never experienced with any other company. Communication has therefore been very disappointing, as I was unable to continue the discussion after being blocked, despite having remained calm and polite throughout the process.
Legal proceedings are currently underway in Belgium as well as in Saudi Arabia, initiated by my lawyer. I will not allow this company to continue causing harm to other customers. If applicable, I remain open to any discussion regarding a collective complaint, in coordination with my lawyer.
Overall, the experience is far below expected customer service standards, and I do not recommend this company.

We have provided service as promised, but we have received a full refund request for a completed service. We have been treated for to be given 1 star, we were expecting this.
Its ok, at least we know where it is coming from.

Kommunikation per E-Mail lief einwandfrei, Handynummer des Fahrers wurde einen Tag vorher noch übermittelt. Fahrer war sogar schon vor der vereinbarten Zeit da, es wäre eventuell hilfreich gewesen, wenn auch er meine Handynummer gehabt hätte. Fahrer sehr hilfsbereit, Fahrzeug neu und sehr sauber, Fahrt ruhig, sicher und direkt an den Eingang zum Abflugsterminal. Festpreis mit Kreditkarte vorab bezahlt.

Fahrt direkt zum Terminaleingang reibungslos verlief.
Zu Ihrer Anmerkung, dass der Fahrer auch Ihre Mobilnummer hätte haben
können: das ist eine bewusste Entscheidung von uns. Aus Gründen des
Datenschutzes (DSGVO) geben wir die Kommunikation nur einseitig frei
— Sie als Fahrgast haben jederzeit direkten Kontakt zum Fahrer, der
Fahrer erhält jedoch keine Mobilnummer der Fahrgäste. So vermeiden
wir unerwünschte Anrufe, Marketing-Kontakte oder Druck zur
Umbuchung von Fahrerseite.
Sollte ein Fahrer einen Fahrgast doch einmal erreichen müssen (z. B.
bei Flugverspätung oder Treffpunktklärung), übernimmt das unser
Dispatch-Team über Flight-Tracking und direkt via SMS/WhatsApp —
Fahrgäste werden also nie spontan vom Fahrer angerufen.
Ihr Lob werden wir gerne an das Supplier-Team weitergeben. Wir
wünschen Ihnen weiterhin gute Reisen.
