I have been using airyhair on my client's for the last two years and the staff has always been responsive and professional. One time they sent me a wrong order (placed over 60 orders total), they apologized, covered shipping expenses, gave discounts for new orders + resent a correct one via express. Never seen anyone try so hard to please their clients and it shows.

The hair is amazing, otherwise i would not keep on using them, keep up the good work

I ordered it about one month ago and still haven't receive the hair. I am leaving for vacation next week and have to buy hair elsewhere to get it done before I leave.

It's so frustrating to read all reviews about remy premium, etc. only to not been able to afford that and wonder how is the cheapest hair? Well, it is actually surprisingly good, it is single drawn (for people not aware, single drawn is cheaper and thinner), 100 grams (i do not recommend less, your hair will look like a rat tail because you need much more weight), i have seen some women get 30 grams of hair, like what?

Anyhow, the hair is washable, tried to curl and it held it, afraid to dye it just to test but i can honestly say, it is rare to find a seller that does not mix any animal or other hair and i believe airyhair is one of the rarest breads that still sell genuine products, get it while you can.

I hate companies that sell "real hair" that end up tangling even after the first wash, this is stupid. Airyhair proved to be okay after a bit more than four weeks of daily washing, still looks great (I would say is even better now due to conditioner) and could not be happier. shipping was 12 days, could be faster but I got free shipping option and as the saying goes, don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

I got the hair few months ago and have been in love ever since, decided not to post review early as most extensions hold well during first few weeks but it has been 47 days now and it still does not tangle, smells like actual hair (some suppliers smell like chemicals after washing) and the volume is amazing, thank you airy :D

This is the first time I went through this company because I wanted to try a different brand since I wanted to try tape in hair, so I read reviews and it seemed legit. WRONG. I have been wearing extensions for years and I am also a licensed cosmetologist for 6 yrs now, so I know how to take care of hair. I have had this hair in for 3 weeks (double wefted remy tape ins) and they are literally dreadlocks right now! I have tried literally everything from the most expensive deep conditioners to coconut oil and wig conditioning sprays. NOTHING will help. I can barely get a brush through them and it looks like fried witch hair. I went on a road trip with my boyfriend this weekend and when we got home he had to clean out his car because this hair was all over the place! SO much shedding! I am so disappointed. $200 straight in the trash.

Hair feels rough and it's very thin. I waited a month for nothing.

I have ordered extensions through this company twice now and I don't think I will continue to do so. The first time I ordered the 22 inch wavy extensions and within a week they were completely matted and trashed. I made sure to use special hair products, braid my hair before bed, I use a wide tooth comb. But no matter what, they were dry, frizzy and matted. So the second time I ordered I decided to get the same extensions but the remy ones. I read that they last longer and better quality. However, those extensions lasted two weeks before the same stuff happened. Not only that but they have a horrible chemical smell that I can not get out of the hair and I've had them in for three weeks now. I really wish these would've worked but I can't afford almost $200 a month to keep getting new hair that lasts maybe a week. Be cautious ordering.

they use synthetic and lied about it. also payed extra for shipping and still got here late

I just wanted to personally thank Sam for doing a great job at arranging me with a triple ombre set right before the wedding. Seriously, you guys are fantastic and the hair quality easily matches the extensions bought from the mall that were over $400, crazy!

I'm very pleased with Airyhair's customer service! I was hesitant to purchase extensions because they are so affordable I thought it couldn't be true. I emailed Airyhair with many questions and got a reply within 24 hours, if not sooner. I purchased my first set of tape in extensions 6/16/17, chose free shipping and received my hair three weeks later. I was so happy with quality of hair, as well as the amazing customer service I have received that I went ahead and bought another pack of extensions! I love that airyhair guarantees their product. Knowing I had the option to return the hair and get my money back made me feel at ease. I bought 26" double drawn and LOVE them. They are the same thickness from top to bottom! I did not purchase the Remy premium. I honestly don't understand the difference all the way, so I just went with what I could afford. The hair is super soft, doesn't break or shed when I brushed through them. Great quality. Last time I bought extensions I paid over $500 and they were not as good as the extensions I purchased from airyhair. I'm super happy and excited. I love their extentions, they have many color options and it's so soft and pretty. I've had mine in for 2 months now and they're still in great shape and feel amazing. I seriously would recommend them to anyone. They're cheap but not made cheap at all.

The texture of the hair is wonderful and i like that there is thickness to it, but can these extensions be bleached? Has anyone bleach these extensions and found any complications? i heard some hair company coat the hair extension with a chemical that if bleach could result in dissolving/ destroying the hair.. i wanted to bleach the hair to rise the ombre i order because it would be faster to do it then waiting another month but i'm nervous that the rumors i've heard of other experience with other brand may happen with this one?!

Hi, I ordered the tape in extensions and the hair is beautiful matches perfect with my hair texture I got the wavy regular hair, not the double of remy and the hair is so full and thick! I washed it and no tangles it was a breeze to brush thru it, other extensions I had in the past it was annoying to brush it after washing. I was nervous about the hair cause I never ordered from your company it was so cheap but everything is perfect I just have to see how Long the tape in last in my hair that's the final test .. just wanted to let you know .. awesome so far

I have purchased their weave hair and so far there are no issues. The weft is okay and of better quality than similarly priced counterparts, I think I have found my new favorite store :) Shipping took 5 days, bought on Saturday

Overall: The quality is to die for, 100 gram tapes blended perfectly, no bumps on the head or anything that would portray my hair as unnatural. For the price you pay there is no way these guys are making a lot of money, highly recommended!

Shipping and Support: Received my hair 3 days after placing the order, had no issues, the customer support has called me to double check my shipping address as it had a missing zip code letter.
