Seven months and still going

I just got myself a new set since the old one has seen better days and wanted to leave an actual review, not after 4 days of usage but after 7 months and 12 days.

The extensions are still holding and I could not be happier, usually the hair salon bought hair would last me around 4 to 6 months so it stacks up really well against “premium brands”, if I wanted, I could still stretch these for another month. No tangling or matting, maybe I just care about my hair too much, I don’;t know. Sticking with airy,

DONT BUY

Sent my hair back about a month ago and still neve herd back from them :) .. read a pervious review and she was 100% right. They are rude and make you feel like you’re in the wrong. My hair was a birds nest the first week, hate to take out my fusion extentions just to ruin my hair. Terrible

Hey,

1. You said you had a proof of you returning the hair and seeing it as delivered, but when asked for a tracking number, you never replied.

2. I have checked our conversations with you and it looks like our staff always was friendly, even used smiley faces and promising you a 100% refund if the hair is not destroyed, always replying on time and apologizing for issues. Not sure which part was rude.

3. We have a special guide for clients who have damaged their hair by accident and helped at least 50% of them to restore hair extensions to their original state due to improper care. I am not claiming that you damaged the hair and that we are always right, just trying to help everyone.

4. The review you are referring to is from client who wanted to keep the hair and get a full refund too. She threatened to leave a bad review if we don’t do as she wants, and as you can see, it is here.

5. You can research AiryHair and find that we have been selling extensions for over ten years and there is just no way to survive for that long if our product was bad. The majority of our clients are happy and continue using our extensions.

6. Also, if you were to check even the premium brands, all got horrible reviews from clients claiming fake hair, etc. (which is wrong) and most of the brands don’t even bother to reply to their clients. I believe we do our best there and try to not only make everyone happy in the long run but also respond to every review, which in my mind is a better customer service that most of the shops out there.

Great hair, shipping could be better

I have ordered my hair on Dec 18th using free shipping and got it on Dec 26th, I know I should have used express if I wanted hair faster but I really expected to get the package before Christmas. Other than that, the hair is fantastic, even with freezing temperatures out there it is holding great, no split ends, no tangling does not turn into a mess after washing. So my advice is to get express if you want hair fast or if you can wait, just go with free, can't beat quality for this price.

HORRIBLE HAIR!!!

HORRIBLE HAIR!!!! Seriously don’t buy it. It is not human hair it is synthetic and it will shed like crazy. Within a week of having it installed you will realize it looks like a birds nest and if you try to return it be prepared to ship the hair back to China and pay for shipping costs your self, by the time it gets there and by the time you get your money back you’ll just give up and make sure you never buy from them again! Not to mention Their horrible customer service they talk to you as if you’re the one that has done something wrong, super rude and unfriendly. I threw the hair away after one week of having it on.

Well, to tell you the truth:

1. The customer wanted to have money back without returning the hair, which is just wrong and no retailers in the world do that.

2. Since you installed hair already, we allowed you to wear it for 30 days and only then return for a full refund but you refused, threatening with "bad reviews", etc. which is not nice :)

3. We have been selling human hair for over 10 years, clients can always send back the hair for a refund or exchange if they got a bad unit. Lemons happen, we ship thousands of units monthly and got nothing but praises from the majority of our customers, salons and what not.

We honor your decision of not returning the hair + posting bad reviews, if that is what you prefer. But the terms are pretty fair, return for a refund.

Big Variety!

This was my first time ordering from this website and I decided to go with the tape in extensions with three color highlights, regular quality, double drawn. I was surprised by how good the dying quality was. The colors really pop and after using hair for close to three months now, still no sign of them washing out

Melting test passed

Got my extensions and did a hair iron melting test, before applying to see if it is real or fake hair, as a lot of shops sell weird products these days. It did not melt, and I am extremely happy to have found airyhair, installed hair and still smooth as babys butt, no issues, 6 weeks of usage

I am really satisfied with the quality …

I am really satisfied with the quality of the extensions. The hair is really silky and shiny and the tangling is minimal. Great for anyone who doesn't like to dye their hair or do something permanent, like me. Good value for money!

We bought Extensions and they were never delivered. I wrote many times to airyhair. DPD wrote they send the parcel back to airyhair, because of a false address. Airyhair has my money and I got no hairs.
They were so unfriendly.

Hello, this is not what actually happened. DPD carrier has confirmed item as delivered to your address and you have refused to fill a lost item ticket with carrier (which raises suspicions that you actually got the hair?).

Then you threatened us with bad reviews, if we don't do as you say.

Since the item is showing as delivered to you, and you did not want a further investigation by carrier (not to mention multiple threats), we can't do a refund.

Kinky curls

I order myself some kinky curls and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I chose express shipping so the order came really quickly. The extensions are really thick from top to bottom and that shows me it’s good quality remy hair. the clips are easy to use and remove, I love it!

As a stylist I definitely recommend. June has the best customer service

I’ve purchased from airy hair several times. As a stylist I’ve paid up to $100 for a 10 pack of tape-ins. At AH you get good quality hair and 40 tape-ins for half that. I don’t like the time it takes to ship, however June at AH did keep me up to date and took great care of me. The customer service and kindness is excellent. The only thing I’d change is getting my hair faster. Over all amazing hair.

Long lasting

I still have my airyhair extensions and it’s been over 6 months! At first, I wasn’t sure about the quality, but decided to give them a shot. I’m glad I made that decision because I’m still wearing them every day and they still look so good. I really took care of them and brushed them, washed them, avoided hot tools etc. and I guess that really paid off. The shine and soft touch is still there like when I first bought them and I couldn’t be more happy with them! thanks AiryHair!

loooove it!

This is the third time I’m buying from AiryHair and I’ve never been disappointed by them. the quality of the hair is always on point and the delivery is VERY quick. I decided to go with wavy extensions this time because I wanted a different texture and they look gorgeous. My old AiryHair extensions still look amazing after months of use which is not something I’ve experienced with other brands.

Just got my hair- some pros and cons (tape-ins)

Just got my hair literally right out of the bag from the UPS man- tape-ins to be exact. At first, I thought the packaging was pretty bad, seeing how it came in a simple UPS bag and was taped up to no tomorrow- I would be fine with this if I had free shipping and had waited the full amount of time for that. But I didn’t, I had paid the extra (what, $19?) for the faster shipping, I would have hoped a little more TLC would have gone into the packaging for that alone, but that’s fine. Was a little scared/disappointed when I saw the amount I got at first, and thought maybe I was cheaped out. But no! Plenty of beautiful, silky soft hair. Now- I have been cheaped out before a while ago, and just had to do a few tests to see if the hair is actually remy or synthetic, and one of the most notable tests is taking a flat iron to the hair. I have synthetic hair already in my house, so I compared the two. I did a simple tap of the flat iron at 275 on the synthetic and immediately it singed, burned off, melted, whatever you want to say. I tried it with the Airyhair, a tap and then a straight down line, not a single problem. And not an overwhelming scent, either. A scent, surely, but not overwhelming, but that’s given because it just came from another part of the world. Now, I do have some concern (I still am worried it may be a little synthetic here and there, like a mix), whenever I got it, I gently brushed through ONCE, and got a wad of hair right out. I went through a few more times and nothing too bad came out, I’m thinking this may be from transit or just it not being used yet. But how easily it came out and how it just shed as I was walking from room-to-room was concerning. I have yet to put this in my hair or dye it (I plan on dyeying it, and if it’s not remy it will 100% either not dye at all or it’ll have random white strands throughout- that is the synthetic part if it does). I got platinum blonde (#60 I believe? Don’t quote me), I’m skeptical but I’m also incredibly excited. Overall, right now I give it a 7/10, I’ll provably come back to update on here at a later time if I can. I saw the Airyhair people actually seem to read these and respond so I was hoping this would be a good place to comment on this, and give a little word on things that can be worked on and some things that deserve praise. Hope this review helps! I paid $64 for this all together, shipping included and so far, not only is it cheaper than the synthetic hair around me and remy hair, but it’s also more in quantity. So far I’m pleased! Another note: I got 20", 20 pieces, normal weft (not double-wefted or thick, and it's straight texture).

UPDATE #1: Put a test-strand of dye on it, no white streaks, full color immediately. I'm pretty sure now that this is 100% remy hair. I also used low-heat with my hair-dryer and it went well! Only issue now is the occasional kinking when it tangles but that's to be expected. Next update should be of the hair when I put it in or after I've already had it in for a bit.

We do our best to deliver the actual human hair. Lemons still happen in around 1 out of 200 cases or so by accident but we always give a full refund or send replacements.

Regarding some occasional kinking, was it Remy premium or regular hair?

I LOVE this company!

I LOVE this company. I have been ordering hair from them for well over a year. The quality is great, the length options are amazing and the colors are a perfect match. I cant imagine ever ordering from anywhere else.
The customer service is so on point. They email me back with 24 hours or less. I have even spoke with them on the phone which rarely happens with companies over seas.
They have given me awesome discounts on big orders for being a loyal customer and they always have great sales.
I usually order new hair about every 3-5 months depending. I buy the tape in extensions that last about 3-4 times of having my hairdresser move them. My friends are now buying hair from them as well.
