Couldn't ask for more

Based on other reviews, I was skeptical and anticipated issues, but when I opened the package (who cares what the package looks like when the PRODUCT is what matters) and inspected the hair, I was VERY pleased! I ordered 16 inch micro-beaded natural wavy, premium remy hair. When I pulled it out of the package, there was this bundle of much shorter, very curly hair. I kinda freaked, but then remembered you are supposed to wash it first (duh). So I gave it a go...This hair is the softest, perfectly put together hair I have tried. There is very SLIGHT shedding,because they are extensions, and extensions do that. The curl is naturally wavy, the texture is SO similar to my own, that it blends beautifully, and with ordering the light brown, it was very easy to match. I would highly recommend this hair to friends. The company was outstanding, polite, and answered my questions in a timely manner. I will definitely be working with this company again in the future.

Colour Match Perfect

First of all, i got the ash blonde and it is so beautiful. It matched so perfectly and seamless with my hair i even forget i m wearing them. They feel exactly like natural hair that my friends didn't even notice! Will definitely be purchasing another set when these get old! Lucky to have found this brand.

Honestly i had such high hopes for this brand and unfortunately these were a nightmare for me. I would suggest to save your money and go to a more reputable brand.
My hair is naturally curly and dark brown. I ordered the darkest brown curly microloop extensions, double drawn, and remy premium plus. Right away these extensions shed like crazy just while trying to put them in and were a lot lighter of a color than had been advertised on the website. After washing them the first time it seemed like all the hair went down the drain, and after dying them to match my actual hair color, it just got worse. Even though i got the double drawn, it seemed like there were little fly away strands everywhere, especially when it was braided and it felt like there were little hairs poking my shoulders and neck making me itchy. (something that when my own natural hair was that long did not do) Not to mention that the hair seemed too perfect. Curly hair girls out there all know not every single one of your curls are identical.. but these were. Leading me to believe that they had been permed that way. Needless to say— they did NOT blend into my naturally curly hair. They also started to lose thickness and get crazy frizzy after just one week. I was very hesitant to buy this brand after seeing them attack others in comments and try to discredit them. But i have all the emails, confirmations, and pictures of the hair, shedding, and website to back my claims. I wish more than anything that i could get my $260+, month+ of waiting, and 4 hours that it spent to put in my hair back. I had hoped it would be different for me than all the negative comments and reviews, but I would not advise this brand to anyone especially to curly hair girls looking for extensions to blend with your natural hair.

Lol this is exactly what I was trying to prevent and you guys are lucky that TrustPilot doesn't let me post pictures because i have all the proof I need.
FIRST- I have never been rude to anyone. There has been absolutely NO correspondence from me with the company other than the 2 emails that you have sent me to notify me that you got my order and that it sent. I did try to call twice and no one ever answered.
SECOND- i ordered this is November, not October
THIRD- i only discovered this website in November and there was never a “Britney Huntley”. So you've got the wrong person and clearly the wrong order.
FOURTH- My extensions were delivered via USPS, not FedEx. And i have that proof too.
FIFTH- i never demanded a refund. Your website clearly states you don’t refund hair that is opened. This is literally the first contact that I have made with anyone from the company other than the emails as stated before.
SIXTH- i posted an honest review to help other people in my situation. If you cant take the negative reviews then don’t look at these websites. They are flooded with them. And not every negative review needs a negative response. AND if anyone is trying to SCAM, DEFAME, and is “SCUM” its you guys for selling this product knowing it isn't what is promised and then try to discredit people after reviewing it.
LASTLY- IF YOU COME FOR ME COME CORRECT! I HAVE THE PROOF AND HAVE EXPOSED IT ON OTHER REVIEW WEBSITES SO KEEP COMING.

At AiryHair, we only work with friendly and polite clients, those of very rude demeanor are rejected as we aim to build a friendly platform for all women to benefit from.

Your order was rejected in October as you bought 2 sets of "Deep Curly African American Hair". You have also changed your name (from Brittney Hunley) to mask your wrongdoings and identity.

Unfortunately, another order on December wasn’t caught and your extensions got delivered via Fedex (779085749620). The second you got the hair, you lied about not receiving a product with more lies later. Also, demanded a full refund and threatened with false bad reviews in 3 days.

Then you went to collect your previous 6 bad reviews saying, "I don’t think you need another bad review!"

After reporting you to authorities for fraud and refusing to accept your blackmail, you suddenly said that you got the hair and demanded to return it.

Your intention is to defraud companies into giving you a free product and getting money back as you try to trick them with bad reviews. That’s fine.

We’ve been 15-years in business and will never submit to demands of scum customers that aim to profit from fraud.

Horrible customer service haven't spoken to a human yet. Bad quality extensions very dry, brittle and will tangle up badley. Still waiting on there false money back guarantee.

With multiple daily emails you’ve sent, even though it was a custom order with explained timeframe, I feel like you’re not being honest here. Your extensions took 6 business days to be produced and that’s what we did, as explained prior ordering :) Sorry if any part of our response didn’t make you aware of our production times and delivery schedules.

We have politely replied to every email. Also agreed to accept return for a 100% money back. Although afterwards you’ve said that “I haven’t received it yet”, so we were bit puzzled.

That was on December 6th and you haven’t contacted us since.

Honestly if you are on a budget it's not a bad hair. It's cheap and can last you for around 6 months. It does have one problem tho... The clips. They are terrible and you going to have to replace then at home. Hope they change it.

Never again

I’m currently waiting for my order. And I never had such a bad experience before.
As I contacted the customer service, to give me a detailed answer to my order, I receive a pfd with FAQs.
If I ask again (because I want to know the status of my order) I received the vey unfriendly answer of Mr./Mrs. June Ellis:
“your questions already replied in previous mail. don’t keep to ask”
That’s all I get. No address, no apology and the most impertinent sentence: “don’t keep to ask”.
Nice. That’s the way how customers are treated at Airyhair!
The shipping status hasn’t changed for now 3 weeks. My delivery is somewhere in China. I ask again, what that means and when I can expect the delivery. Again Mr/Mrs Ellis sent me the pdf. I ask again, when my order will be delivered. Guess which answer I got  “your questions already replied in previous mail. don’t keep to ask”
Due to this behavior, I ask Airyhair to cancel my order and to refund the money I paid.
Mr/Mrs Ellis responded again in his/her own polite and custom orientated way:
“your item is on the way, it can not be canceled”. Again, no address, no apology.
This seems to be way how customer are treated at Airyhair. You can order and pay and then don’t ask questions and keep quiet.
Never again! I wonder if I will ever receive my delivery.

This is a German orders specific case. Due to hundreds of customers from Germany and Austria, we have created a very detailed template for all the common questions (such as shipping time) in German language.

We have already replied and informed about shipping times more than few times, but you kept asking the same question again. Since it’s free shipping, the exact item location is not always known in real time and this is where our estimates in replies come from. Not to mention the tracking number that we have provided. We also never used such strong language and never asked anyone to keep their mouth shut. Today you have contacted us again, asking to cancel order that is already on the way. Sadly, that cannot be done.

Because of thousands of orders and high demand delivers, we use multiple shipping companies to pack and deliver goods as soon as possible. The shipping time is not controlled by us but post office and express carriers. We cannot withdraw a package in the middle of a delivery nor cancel such orders.

I believe our shipping terms are very clear and state that express shipping takes just few days while free delivery is much longer.

Thank you for review, by the July emails it looks like your package was delivered and then stolen from your inbox. Just like with other hair brands, including luxy, we cannot be responsible for packages that show proof of delivery yet reported as stolen by receiver.

You said yourself that you "will contact the police" if we didn't issue you with a refund and we suggested you do so, because stolen items are a serious matter and should be handled by authorities.

We asked you multiple times to contact the police so they could investigate what happened, but you never did.

Then you have opened a PayPal dispute and lost it too as the company ruled in our favor. We did nothing wrong here. This review is misleading.

I’ve been ordering from airyhair for 3…

I’ve been ordering from airyhair for 3 years & I love them. They’re so cheap and the ones I have in now have lasted me 6 months. I read reviews saying people are upset with the quality after SWIMMING? Your extensions should never be put in chlorine as it isn’t attached to any hair bulbs (to produce moisture) so it’s inevitable that the chemical would cause them to dry out. Second, you shouldn’t shampoo your extensions every time you wash them as it again, drys them out, conditioner is beneficial. Third, I read reviews saying the color was off & that’s happened to me once, but like they say it’s refundable. The only reason I didn’t give full starts is because I’m not always 100% impressed with the shipping but at the same time I don’t order express shipping so it’s expected to take longer, not sure how express shipping works. Don’t order cheaper extensions if you don’t know how to properly take care of them. And even if it’s said to be okay to bleach, the extensions aren’t attached to human scalp aka a bleach process is never beneficial for them unless you’re a professional and know exactly what you’re doing, if you want your blonde extensions lighter, I recommend getting purple shampoo and diluting it with water and then putting your extensions in. I can’t wait to receive my new extensions!

Not very suitable clip in hair…

Not very suitable clip in hair extensions for me. I brought hair extensions last month from here and these hair extensions are not keep the texture any longer, I just braided them when I wore, and they are very hard to take off, just tell girls who are not very pro in hair extensions, you may not remove these hair extensions unless you sacrifice some bundles hair like cutting them down.😂😂😂

Hair took a long time to arrive, which was expected. That was not my issue. Hair out of the package is shiny and glossy. Had it installed by beaded weft and did indeed blend well with my hair, especially once I purple shampooed out the yellow (#60) I wash my hair once a week in order to keep the extensions as fresh as possible, but after 3 weeks hair sheds like crazy, mats up within 5 min of me brushing it. I use expensive shampoos and conditioners from the salon. Never go to bed with wet hair. I had to take these extensions out after 4 weeks and throw them out. They had shed like crazy, matted up and stayed matted, ends were tattered and looked like I had gotten a hair cut it became so short I am disappointed I wasted my money.

Thank you for leaving a misleading review, but we must comment on your fraud activities that were reported.

We agreed to accept a hair return for a full refund (you agreed too) and even pre-paid shipping expenses. After receiving the extra money, you stole the money, stole / kept the hair (who knows why as you said it's bad) and then opened a chargeback to steal more money, claiming you did not get extensions.

Thankfully, there are authorities that have been notified, including extra evidence of this review as a proof that you got the hair.

color disappointment

I posted a review when I received the hair - now that I have put them in after washing them I am sad to say the color is not what I ordered and am very unhappy - I was hoping I could work with the color but it is not me at all. I ordered a beautiful color displayed that was blended, the color I received was stripes - brown and white - my hair is dark blond and highlighted to pale yellow. The quality of the hair is nice - it is such a disappointment that the color is so wrong - I will not be ordering again - not going to take a chance on losing $ again.

The hair is soft and colors well.. I do feel like the ends got a little frizzy quickly but a trim resolved the issue.
Would've given 5 stars BUT the tape that comes on the extensions is garbage. Every single one fell out and had to be replaced with new tape from Sally's.

SERVICE ON THE DOWNWARD

Airyhair has been one of the many companies we have been purchasing consistently from since 2015/2016 for some of our human hair extensions stock, however, there seem to be an enormous decline in credibility or accountability when they are wrong.

Yes, the products have been 80% great with only about 4 of our customers complaining about the quality, which we have taken care of without complaining to Airyhair. This is considering their hair was used for our customers needing disposable, inexpensive hair.

I am a tad concerned the individual representing the company is not prepared to do well by a long standing customer, so we have decided to go directly to the wholesalers in China (which is where all the factories are anyways). I can understand mistakes or forgetfulness, but blatant ignorance is unacceptable. We will spend our money where we are valued.

Clearly, this company have no intention to repair their errors, and time after time, review after review, they ALWAYS blame their customers.

Yes, we used your company since 2013, wow, quite a long time right? For your information AiryAir, as opposed to your thinking that we came back because you were better, the truth was we took a break from our business and re-located in 2016. No, you were no advantage, you just had CHEAPER hair that we chose to make available to clients that needed disposable affordable extensions, not "advantage" nor higher quality at all.

FREE CLIPS?
We have never demanded free clips, on several occasions, we ordered on your site items that were not included in the shipment, and when this was brought to your attention you said you would send us some, which you changed your mind about and decided to charge for them.

FREE BAGS?
As for the bags, your products ALWAYS come packaged in the most degenerated way by taping them with tapes rendering them unusable, dirty and sticky, so yes, you should replace them for merchandizing which you have agreed to do, so YES, I hold you to that promise. Under no circumstance you said you could not do it any more, as a matter of fact, you sent us bags up to two days ago with the tracking number. This is in the agreement we had.

On two occasions we tried to order the custom packaging from you and no one responded, so we do expect you to provide decent packaging with your products.

As for asking to reduce the prices, THIS NEVER HAPPENED. This is another way of you again blaming your customers for your short comings.

For my last custom order, your rep wanted us to send money to you by money request prior to any invoice and as opposed to the normal way. When I refuse you went on the defense to say others have ordered and never paid. when have I never paid?

Wow! You are really something especially since 2016 we have spent way over $7k with your company.

This is a blessing, we are in a group of over 10,000 extension business owners, and I will be sharing our experience there as well. Thanks for showing your colours. I will ensure your name gets the notice it deserves.

IN CASE YOU FORGOT. . .
1. Over a year ago you asked us to give you a great review on another site when you were getting bombarded with negative reviews. I wont be surprised if you ask others to do the same on this review site.

2. When I brought to your attention that I received a better quality wig from another factory than the unacceptable quality of the wigs you were carrying, you wanted me to give you the manufacturer/supplier so you can use them. I refused

We have been working with you since 2013 and always tried to provide you with the best price. After initial break, you came back to AiryHair, which means that there are advantages over other companies.

However, since 2018 you kept asking us for lower and lower prices. Demanding free metal clips, free PVC bags (which we sent) and blaming our service when we could not do it anymore. I am sorry but we don't have more space to cut the prices any further. We are the direct supplier.

As our rep said last time, we want your business to succeed and respect your decision. However, our business simply cannot operate under the prices that you require.

Sturdy clips

Although it took close to a month for my hair to get to me, (I knew it would take this long before purchasing, because of the length and color I chose and free shipping), I’m very happy with my extensions. There was a little bit of shedding but not much. Dyed it and washed it and it sort of lost it’s sheen and wasn’t straight anymore. It dried with a slight body wave, but I was fine with it because I curled it and made it look beautiful! I have them in now and they blend so well with my shoulder length hair. They blended so well that when my dad saw my hair, he proceeded to ask me,”where’s your real hair, let us see, show me!” and then started yanking my hair. So for all of you who aren’t sure about whether the clips are sturdy, they’re pretty sturdy. Could withstand the strength of a 200lb 70 yr old man who works out at the gym 4 times a week. Overall I’m happy with my hair! 😍👌🏻

Defective halo extensions & horrible customer service

2nd update: Well, Airy Hair finally refunded me...PARTIALLY.

They did NOT refund me for my actual return shipping costs, they refunded what they think it SHOULD HAVE cost me. What do they know about what shipping, with tracking (as per their instructions) should cost me when they are in Lithuania and I am in Canada? They kept arguing with me over my costs, repeatedly telling me I was wrong and they were right, even though I had the itemized receipt as proof. So frustrating!

They also deducted money because they were charged by their government customs agency for the return. So they passed on that expense to me. They wanted me to lie on the customs form and list the value at $8. I didn't do that. I told the truth. So now they have penalized me for this.

So, after purchasing defective hair extensions from a US company (which appeared legit) that is actually based in Lithuania (which appears to be shady) and having nothing but hassles with the return process, which has taken MONTHS, I received $80.19 LESS than I was entitled to! And, conveniently, they are no longer communicating with me. So it is now my duty to warn others.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

Airy Hair is trying to tell me what my shipping costs are, according to a website search. They are not including in that search the exorbitant rates charged for tracking a package to Lithuania. That was where the majority of the return shipping costs came in. I was going to send it without tracking, for that very reason, but thought I should follow Airy Hair's instructions to the letter, just to be safe. Now they are arguing with me about what return shipping should have cost me?! From another country?! Not impressed.

I bought the 18" halo extensions, order #100033166. They were advertised as being 10" wide but mine measured only 7 1/2". They are supposed to cover the back and sides of your head. Mine only covered the back! There is no possibility of blending them in with your own hair with only 7 1/2" of hair to work with. I would have had a mullet!

I was told to send them back for a refund as they were obviously defective. No return postage label was sent to me and the return address is in...get this...LITHUANIA!!! Why do I need to send it to Lithuania when they came to me from Michigan?! I was told to send it regular post with tracking. So $55 later, they are on their way back and I sure hope I get a full refund!

I should be reimbursed for the return shipping as well, since the extensions were defective. Let's see if they do the honourable thing.

At this point, I wouldn't recommend shopping from Airy Hair.

But, if they give me a full refund for the original amount, $187.13, PLUS the $55 shipping, I will be happy to revise this review for them.

Thank you for your updated review. Out of 10,464 orders and 47 returns in the last two years, we haven't had a case with returns where it cost shipper (from the country of yours) more than $20.

We have used our policy and refunded the average cost, just like how Amazon or every other retailer does. If the customer decides to ship via FedEX most expensive option for $124, it's unreasonable to expect such return compensation when we provide instructions on return, that you have not followed.

Thank you for your review, we of course will issue a full refund because of the shorter wire of flip-in extensions. The shipping part is due to Trump’s trade wars and policies as hair is temporary routed through another port, which is happening across hair industry. It’s not just AiryHair. However, based on USPS rates that we have just calculated and judging by previous records, the shipping is only $13.75 and never more than $20.

We have included a few sentences in our return instructions that inform customers about the preferred shipping method to use, which does not cost that much :) Please refer to that email, thank you.

EDIT: We went ahead and entered your ZIP code, 2x higher weight, 2x larger package details and our return address. These are the official rates straight from the post office itself:

Canadian post: $9.53
USPS: $13.54

I bought the hair about 3 weeks ago I believe. I had it installed 6/16/2019. The hair tangles and sheds very bad. I only have had the tips in for 8 days and I am already taking them out. I ordered a 1b double drawn 18&20 inch curly. I tried to have it dyed and it didn’t work so I just had it installed without the dye. The customer service is amazing however, I will not be ordering anymore hair from here.
