Luxury Price, Zero Accountability – A Risky Place to Shop

I am writing this to warn other shoppers. I had a clear-cut case of an undelivered item (Order #FN7066709053), and after weeks of following up, Ajio Luxe closed my complaint (Case #COM00103197309) by simply stating they "cannot help further."
The most alarming part isn’t the money—this was a relatively small ticket item—it’s the precedent this sets. If their support team is this incompetent at resolving a simple delivery issue for a small order, it is genuinely scary to think what would happen if a high-value, luxury item went missing.
How can a brand call itself "Luxe" while offering bottom-tier customer service? Their total lack of accountability has completely destroyed my trust. If you value your money and expect any level of protection as a consumer, stay away. I certainly won’t be risking another order here.

TODAY 1 MONTH WAITING FOR A REFUND

I've been waiting for a refund on a pair of Crocs since March 12th 2026...

When I call, I get an automated message and can't speak to ANYONE TO RESOLVE THIS.
The chat isn't working either, and they're not replying to emails.
Their AFTER-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR
Today is 13th April 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund

If there was an option to give zero or negative marks, I would have chosen that instead of 1.

The delivery person has been extremely rude for the past two days. I had already raised a complaint through the delivery link regarding his behavior, but no action was taken.

When I informed him that I would escalate the issue, he responded very casually and disrespectfully, saying, “Yes, please go ahead and complain.”

The next day, I received a call from him around 11 PM. When I answered, he disconnected immediately, possibly to create a fake call record. When I called back, he questioned why I was picking up his call.

For the past two days, he has been forcing me to cancel the order. He keeps insisting that he cannot deliver the order due to the summer and is repeatedly urging me to cancel it. Without even reaching my location, he falsely claims that I am not available at the delivery address and refuses to deliver the order.

This is not acceptable behavior. If this reflects how the delivery services are being handled, it is extremely disappointing.

This kind of behavior, especially towards women, is completely unacceptable. Very poor and disappointing service.

Ajio is not customer friendly. They are fake

Had lot of trust on Ajio. But not right now. I lossed so much of money. They haven't delivered the six products out of 8. With lot of trust I did payment and now no product no money also.They are least bothered about the customers who are shopping from many years. Never order in Ajio, never trust them.

Return process very opaque and a black hole

Return of damaged goods. Was delivered damaged goods a month ago. Posted pictures right away and initiated return. Items picked but the return is not processed and multiple complaints raised with ever extending due dates into the future. Have been shopping with them for the last few years with significant multiple high value purchases. Thankfully this is not a high value item, but the lesson has been learnt.

They don't even deserve a single star, was waiting for my order to deliver and they cancelled it on the day of delivery. So disappointed in you AJIO this was my first and last time ordering from you had the worst experience. They play with Consumers feeling and cancel order out of nowhere. I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. THEY ARE FAKE AND FRAUD PEOPLE!!

Very very bad experience delivery delayed for 5 days and the cancelled it on their own very bad service would never order again from it and never recommend also

Ajio has become a BIG SCAM

Ajio has become a BIG SCAM.I am surprised, senior management is unaware.I ordered twice and both times the wrong item was delivered. Refund was cumbersome. I ordered again, I received a damaged item. No exchange permitted, only refund allowed after deductions! Mostly, you will get a wrong color or size. During exchange, received item will not be accepted saying it is "different from what was ordered"! I am stuck now. As soon as the exchange/refund is completed I will Uninstall the Ajio App.

The worst service ever from the AJIO as well as the delivery executive..my product is shown as out for delivery from Saturday then after i raised complaint and got a message it will be delivered on Monday.. the delivery executive said he will reach around 5 pm telling that he has to complete delivery in a place 10 mins away from my house and at 5 pm when I called he is telling the same story.. I felt they were simply delaying the delivery after me complaining so much

Ajio provides very very bad service , I think they want to get orders but don't want to deliver it , they delaying the process & giving different different delivery dates daily , unnecessarily they extending the delivery date 😡😑😑

Harassment from Delivery partner…

Harassment from Delivery partner Ajio/Shadowfax
Ajio Delivery partner is constantly harassing me and I have repeatedly reached out to both Ajio and Shadowfax, but no action taken from there end. Neither they are cancelling the order, now it is getting delivered, the delivery partner call, use abusive language and threatens that he will not deliver the order. I am asking Ajio to cancel the order but no action from their end. Even shadowfax there is no appropriate response. It's been more than 7 days I am facing this issue.

multiple issues with various products supplied

They take care of Jio Smart stores.
Their staff is very rude and unskilled.
Wrong, stale, spoilt, very close to expiry and poor quality products supplied.
Delayed deliveries, no intimation and longer refund times.

This one star is also not deserved to Ajio they first took order and the estimated delivery was 1 4march i didn't receive my order and when i callled for refund they are not refunding the entire amount cutting platform me of 30 rs from my purse even i didn't use any of there service total scam. Guys do not buy anything from this app they are just going to fool you and then only say sooory and will say this our company policy we cannot do anything

have order the product Pre payment amount 2295 once I payment for the product but I didn't receive the product once I order was confirmed then my product was cancelled without any reason still I didn't receive my refunds payment also very bad very worst response then I call for ajio customer care no response and chatting with the app no response it's 1 month February 11 I order the product my product cancelled day February 16 still no any response ajio app so please kindly refunds my payment soon as possible people please don't pay before you receive the product please do cash on delivery is best ajio please refunds my payment.

Pathetic site & experience…

Ordered Rayban 3825 58 size which had 2 numbers in stock when I placed the order it no longer exists it just got vanished & even the site is not specific about the size as it shows confusing size code
