The company provided excellent out of warranty repair service. They have repaired my Swann NVR8-7285 NVR and saved me approx £600 of a brand new system

Would not deal with a product which stopped working after 10 months, only needed a replacement but been weeks without any cctv coverage now. More or less said wasnt their problem as the coditech i bought from went into liquidation. Referred me to manufacturer who were also hopeless so £900 later and ive got cctv again- wouldnt touch these with a bargepole!

They are fantastic, I have used them many times now and there prices are great and there service is beyond belief, Kristina sent me updates and helped me when I could not get in touch with Swann. I will use no one else when I want more cctv equipment AAAAA++++++

12 months ago we looked into purchasing two Texecom Premier Elite alarm systems.
On searching the web Coditech appeared to be the best prices with a very clear and detailed website.
Kristina was great, she provided a full quotation, and further quotations as we changed a few items.
Our order was placed and delivery arrived within a couple of days.
During installations we realised that the two heavy duty roller shutter magnetic contacts were not suitable, and these were accepted as returns with no quibble from Kristina and our account credited accordingly. Coditech also give loyalty points which can be offset against future purchases. I have used this already.
Whilst Coditech cannot offer very much technical information, you can find this on the Internet after much searching!
It was and still is a pleasure to deal with Kristina who is a credit to Coditech.

Coditech supplied my Swann 4k NVR, bullet and dome type cameras. The system works like a dream, after installing 6 I am about order 2 more. Great, crisp picture, good software and aesthetic look on the wall. To my surprise the housing of those cameras is made of metal so quite robust and vandal proof. I couldn't be more happy with the product and the company, they are a small family business and deserve to be promoted for their courtesy, passion and competitive prices. Kristina and Bailey answered all of my technical questions, made recommendations and got my trust. I already recommended them to my neighbours.

Hesitated for a purchase of £400 as not many reviews.
Tried to get some technical information so called them and was promised by someone that I will be called back within 1h but I have never received phone-call and my answer.
Decided to made my purchase anyway and product was dispatched and delivered very fast.

It would be strong 5 stars but due to promise to call me back and not doing it 4 stars need to be sufficient.
