Today I was attended by the charming operator Nick, his help has been really valuable because he solved my request very quickly and effectively, along with the fact that he speaks perfect Spanish and made me feel confident! I think it's great that Rise Fibre has such attentive, friendly and above all trained staff since it was of great help to me! Thank you very much Nick for your extraordinary attention

Issue resolved!

After a long wait, Taz listened patiently and got me the help i needed to get back up and running again. City Fibre called round and fixed the problem.

Excellent assistance with the switch over from Cole - clear advice and help to achieve continuity of internet service during the transition.

Night and day difference compared to the appalling Virgin 'service'

I needed to find a new broadband…



I needed to find a new broadband supplier (to go full fibre) and specifically wanted it to be as cheap as possible without compromising quality. After lots of research and contacting big suppliers (like Sky) directly, I contacted Raise. Chris Thorpe signed me up for a cracking deal which beat all others I'd seen hands down. I am now sorted for 24 months. In particular, I'd like to thank Chris as he was well informed, polite and professional. Many thanks to Raise and Chris for an excellent deal. I definitely recommend them.

Switch Over Great Help

Rang up today to get some more info about the broadband service and had a lovely chat with Chris Thorpe who helped me with switching over to Rise Fibre Broadband. Explained in much detail about everything for me.

Absolutely dreadful broadband

Absolutely dreadful broadband. Not a single day have I had decent Internet connection. The download speeds are bad and connection always lags. No help from Rose fibre expect being told to turn the router etc off and on after half an hour. Of course, that made no difference at all. Had a 1mp with Virgin before which was meant to be slower but worked perfectly. Switched to rise fibre as Virgins customer service is rubbish. But Rise fibre has crap customer service and even worse broadband

Rise fitting crew

City fibre guys fitting the rise wires were really good even tho got told the wrong fitting details they contacted another team and together got it fitted the same day and were lovey mannered

Don't be fooled by initial promise

Sales rep seemed great ( all companies seem to care about getting right these days ) .. I was originally told I wouldn't need a engineer visit, informed the day before I would need to be in for a visit ( first "Misinformation" ) I was then told the services would seemingly pass over from my previous provider the day I go live with Rise, Rise fibre didn't send the request until 3 days after, meaning I was paying 2 providers for 3 days ( 2nd misinformation)... At this point I raised a complaint and was told a manager would call me on Wednesday 15th, no call happened, I chased on the Thursday to be told I'd have a call that day, no call. Also no call on the Friday, after leaving it the whole of Friday, I chased again, to be told they'd log it and request the call again... After originally thinking I'd found a company that cares about customer service, within a week they've shown they don't. If I've had this much messing around in a week, I'd rather cancel now than have 2 years of this.
