Ross made regular contact with me from my first contact and while our sale was progressing and responded to my queries very promptly. He explained how the process would best work and when it came to the move itself, all went as expected. We had a lot to move and were travelling over 200 miles so a lot of planning was needed. All of the team were friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend them.

Mums move was completely faultless! I cannot recommend this company enough! The removal lads were incredible and a pleasure, nothing was too much trouble and I honestly would like to thank them so very much. Moving day is stressful but with these two lads… was wonderful thankyou.

Was smooth moving from our old property to new bungalow with your services offered to us and so glad we choose you. From home visit to access what was needed to conversation with the office and right down to the very polite and helpful removal lads what a five star service. The whole package. Being able to provisionally book the date, then the person who came to see & price our move. being able to hire your sturdy boxes witn refund when you collect them. Helpful packing tips. Moving day. Your guys were absolutely brilliant. Wardrobes quickly emptied ino your cardboard ones. Care taken with paintings tv etc. Boxes soon unloaded. Furniture put where requested

The whole service from start to finish could not be faulted, rom te initial phone call, to he estimate, packing removals and moving in, including a wet day which did no put the men off their duties.

A seamless and professional activity

Moving is stressful especially when the weather is against you. Both days of our move it was wet and horrible. I can't praise the team of guys you sent enough. They were so efficient and helpful which made such a difference.

It started to rain , it was dark & quite late with lots of heavy garden stuff to move but they did it .. a good move & was happy with the way it went

Absolutely brilliant removal experience. I came to Britannia having been messed around by a company who advertise on the TV. Suffice to say everything went like clockwork. I had everything packed up but the team were fully equipped. I won't be messing about with companies that charge by the piece ever again.

Part load from Essex to Lanarkshire but your small van guys were very helpful and efficient. The office team leading up to the removal were the same (thank you Todd). I would recommend you to others.

These were the only company to actually come out and give us a quote.
Other companies wanted to quote over the phone or not respond to emails.
