The simplicity of starting the project was the thing I love most. It hasn't been brought out and assembled yet but I'm looking forward to that part of the process as well.

After paying a down payment and docu signing, I get an email saying 8-10 was starts after pictures. I now have to expedite reading the site to start the delivery clock. Seriously? It will be ready!

I purchased a carport in July 2025. Installation was great, but 6 weeks later all of the vertical supports began to rust. I called and sent pics of the rust and they sent a team 3 mons later to replace the rusted parts, the team found additional rust on the ground pieces and took the replacement pieces and left. That was almost 6 mons ago. More pieces are rusting, pics sent and now I’m being ghosted. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎

The ordering process on the website was incredibly easy. After paying the deposit, Alan's Factory Outlet was very quick to reach out and explain everything that was expected to happen and informed me of potential requirements that I had to do, such as obtaining a permit for my structure. Their system of operations is outstanding. I will attempt to update after the installation is complete.

I ordered a 30' w X 20' l carport to be installed over an existing structure. It is a stationary RV with a semi-attached porch structure. The Southern sun can be brutal on RV roofs so I opted to get it covered with a carport from Alan's. I ordered the vertical style with closed gables and 1/2 panels on each side w/ 9' legs. It covered perfectly, exactly as I had envisioned it. I upgraded both the framing and the sheet metal roofing and was very pleased with the quality of the materials. It did take a couple of back and forth conversations with Alan's and also the company who eventually installed the unit. By sending a few pictures and explaining what I wanted over the phone we were able to get it done. The scheduling of the installation was much faster than I had expected. The installation crew arrived on the day they had scheduled though it was later in the day. I didn't think it would be finished in the remaining light remaining but they worked amazingly, even wearing headlamps towards the end. I was a little concerned at this but on final inspection the next day in full daylight it was an A+ install. I believe my crew could have done the job with blindfolds on, they were that good. The structure is rock solid and anchored with with 4 wind auger anchors as well as several spikes in between. The installers were adamant on getting these in properly. Likely a liability requirement. The cost was reasonable even with the upgrades and much cheaper than I was able to get quoted locally. I definitely recommend
Alan's and their helpful staff.
