Such an awesome company! They truly exceeded expectations on the quality of the pergola! Customer service and delivery was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Great service. Beautifully designed. Only issue was glass doors where shipped instructions differ from online instructions. My installer used the packaged instructions which causes the doors and frames to be reversed. That means locking mechanisms are on the outside, not inside the Pergola. We now must rotate the doors and frames 180 degrees. Still love it however!

It was easy to: order, modify, schedule delivery and it came with all the parts. The pergola looks amazing and the lights and louvres work. I had a two handy and knowledgeable people put it together in one day!

Installation instructions were spot on. Every component was used, nothing left over. It is now much easier and comfortable to sit in our backyard on our newer patio without overheating in the middle of the day.

The service was excellent with Bon Pergola, and they were very patient with us on the different options. They also worked with us on the shipping date, even when we had to reschedule. They answer questions on the phone or through text very quickly, which made the whole experience easier.

We like the storage shed and we were able to assemble it in a single day. It would help if the English plans were more detailed. Without the larger and more detailed Japanese plans and the video we would have had some issues. The English plans only printed on one page and we couldn’t enlarge them for printing.

David helped us with our barrage of questions and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We had called other places for quotes and even if we were able to get a better price we still would have chosen Bon just from the simple fact that they are so informative and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. No AI here! 😊 And very happy with our pergola.

Bon Pergola's CS is the best. As a contractor that is imperative with us to work with a company that stands behind thier product. We had a product issue and after trouble shooting, they sent us the new part which fixed the issue. The Pergola is well made and worth the investment.

The Yodoko shed is relatively easy to install. There was not sufficient amount of the shelf clips provided. I had 4 shelves and 4 shelf rails in the package, however, I was able to install only 2 shelves with the provided shelf clips. The company, Bon Pergolar was very responsive to my request and sent me additional shelf clips for free. Great company and very good product/shed

Got our pergola about 2 summers ago. Still looks great and have had no issues. Got the heater on in April 2025 and it has worked wonderfully. Easy install.

The customer service is amazing. When you call, you speak to a human. I completed a large complex project and the team at Bon was great from start to finish (and after). They helped with design, delivery, installation and post-installation questions. I cannot say enough about the customer service. 10/10.
