Albeauty Avis 12

My first purchase with this company. The item, Gentleman by Givenchy, very fast delivery, the packaging was sturdy, I opened the box and found that the inner spray cap was badly damaged, it is obvious that this damage was done by the manufacturer as it was delivered in the original packaging method, Albeauty could not possibly be aware of this damage. I have returned the product and am awaiting credit, hence the three stars which I will review eventually. They state it will be resolved in 3 to 5 working days, after 12th June, I will review this post.

Guys this is not a negative review for Allbeauty, but rather to warn you that this Trustpilot profile is fake, clicking on this profiles website leads you to a fake website. So beware. My experience with Allbeauty has been super positive as my perfumes are authentic.

Bought Estee Lauder beautiful perfume 75ml and can tell straight away it is not genuine just by the smell of it smells horrible will not be buying anything else from here £35.50 down the drain thought i was getting a bargin disgraceful

Jo Malone Lime Basil and Mandarin 30 ml cologne is a fake. Label, colour of perfume, thickness of bottle all different to original. I should have known better, but the reviews seemed positive. Don't buy.

The Banana Republic Classic was either fake or faulty as there was no smell whatsoever.
Very disappointed.

Jo Malone Perfume was a fake, sent photo's against a genuine Jo Malone perfume which was the same product and could blatantly see it was counterfeit!

Sent back the product, along with proof of delivery and still no refund!!!

Absolutely shocking company will not be using again nor would i recommend. I have reported to Trading Standards

Product was fake.I ordered an expensive ester Lauder masacra and it's definitely not the same product as the one I bought in John Lewis.It does absolutely nothing to my eye lashes, no volume or lengthing! The previous one I bought at j Lewis was excellent and that's why I bought it again.I wished I had checked on here first and seen the amount of one star! I've never accused a company of using fake products before but it's obvious to me this masacra is fake .The masacra is so bad I'm gonna have to rebuy it from John Lewis.Dont buy from this company.Ive wasted £25 !

products arrived soon but i returned one that was unsealed following the instructions and they never refunded, disappeared after they send the label. they dont answer emails

Paid for 24 hour delivery and never received the parcel. Looks like Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address. Upon calling allbeauty I spoke to a lady who was very rude and miserable and didn’t want to take responsibility for the missing parcel. Avoid this company

I buy all my perfume from allbeauty. It is difficult buying perfume on line because you can't sample it but allbeauty give an excellent description of the fragrance which I have found to be accurate. This perfume, Poeme was a present for my sister. It has a light fragrance, making it an excellent present. She was delighted with it. I had it sent straight to her address since she doesn't live near me. Allbeauty have always delivered my purchases promptly and the products are well protected and packaged well.

11 days to deliver!! Read the small print! They advertise 48hr tracked, in the small print they say 8 business days! 4 times the amount. So if you deduct 2 from 11, yep 9 days!! Customer service is dire, beyond dire. A sad act business, avoid avoid avoid!

Don't bother with them ordered perfume from them did not arrive no refund as yet unless they sort it out the review stands
