No integrity and Sub-Par Customer Service

I ordered the discovery set and paid just under £5 for 3-4 day delivery. When it got to the 4th day, I realised I hadn't received any emails about my order being dispatched or out for delivery. So I decided to email customer service.
They replied fairly promptly and said they don't have what I ordered in stock and 'thank me for my patience in allowing them a few more working days to deliver'. I replied asking for compensation as I ordered the set for a specific reason under the assumption that it would be delivered within 4 days. To this, they ghosted me and only replied when I followed up 24 hours later. Their idea of 'compensation' was to send me a sample of a different scent that they definitely give out for free. It has now been 10 days since I ordered from them and I haven't received any indication that my order is on the way. Utterly disgraceful.

Sample Marketing Campaign Is Fake

There's a marketing campaign for people to email the company to receive a sample of their perfume sampleme at sanajardin dot com). I wrote to them, the email bounced back as 'undeliverable'.

So, I went to their website's customer service link and explained the situation, and that I was still interested in sampling their products.

They wrote back, ignoring the request for a sample and directed me to finding a local supplier of their product and see if I like them.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! One more company I won't be dealing with again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible! I mistakenly ordered the wrong item on website.... I have emailed 5 times and tried via website and NO RESPONSE!! very disappointed

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I received an order that was supposed to include a 2 ml sample as well as a discovery set. The sample was missing, but I contacted customer service by email and today I received a larger sample than the one I had ordered, sent out to me specially, so I'm a happy bunny.

Nice smells, rude pricing

The perfumes all smell lovely. At £115 for 50ml this puts them above the price of Tom Ford…..this is just honestly ridiculous. They are not the same quality and don’t last the same way. Also, the ‘reveal your card’ discount thing doesn’t work with such an expensive item. It just makes it more obvious you’re overcharging us, by a lot. Get rid of the ‘reveal your discount’ and put the price down to £60 max per bottle.

Ethical fragrances which fill the room

This is my favourite fragrance company. And I love that they are sustainable and have ethical labour practices. I would strongly recommend the perfume Venus in Verbena and the candle Sandlewood Temple on a rainy autumn evening - heavenly! I strongly recommend.

The perfume is very expensive and…

The perfume is very expensive and advertised as a luxury product. Frankly, not worth the money. I bought 50ml of Jaipur Chant. Extremely disappointed by the smell, and it certainly doesn't last. For the money I paid, I could have bought a bottle of mainstream perfume with a longlasting fragrance. Not impressed.

Poor customer service, faulty products not luxury at all

Poor customer service. It took 3 months before my enquiry was ancknowledged. I was initially told I could receive a replacement for the faulty item I purchased after providing a video demonstrating the fault (the neck of the spray pump on the bottle had got stuck in the lid and the perfume was leaking out of the bottle). Then later informed my faulty product would not be taken in to consideration because it was not purchased online.
The product is sold in multiple stores so this makes no sense and is poor customer service.
Avoid!! Nothing luxury about it.

Customer care none existent

Ordered a set online, its not been delivered by DPD. DPD won’t let me raise an issue. Can i get a response from Sana Jardin? No. Emails/DM’s on social media/Contact us page. The transaction has already gone from my bank so i cant get money back. Expensive mistake.

This perfume has no scent.. no contact number and no replies to emails

This perfume has no scent. I have asked several friends to confirm the complete lack of perfume in this expense bottle .. they all said they simply couldn’t smell anything!! I have sent emails in vane .. there’s no contact number, as a lesson I will always check this on future purchases on line.. my next move is to dispute the payment and see if that gets their attention.. if I send this bottle to American Express I’m sure they’ll agree. I’m guessing this company could be a farce.

Nice perfumes but abysmal customer…

Nice perfumes but abysmal customer service. I ordered a sampler from them and then a full sized product. After a few of the sampler pumps stopped working I requested replacements. It took videos and MULTIPLE emails to get them replaced. When the replacement arrived one of the samples was smashed. I let them know that I fully intended to buy another full sized perfume but asked to please try 2 additional sample scents to mitigate how difficult this whole process has been they refused. I tried to escalate the issue in a couple more emails but never got a follow up or response.
I doubt the authenticity of their claim to be so socially conscious and 'aware' in light of their disinterested level of customer service.

Lovely service

I have placed a few orders with this company. They have always arrived very promptly,beautifully packaged so far not had any problems and very happy.

this company is super irresponsible

Jan 15: I made an order, the item was in stock, and everything seemed normal.
Jan 16: My credit card was charged and the transaction was completed.
Jan 18-21: I sent several emails and asked when my order would be shipped, but received no reply.
Jan 21: received a reply from Instagram after leaving a negative reply to their post (they deleted replies that they didn't like, even the polite ones). The agent said I needed to wait till the end of Jan since that item was out of stock.
Feb 1: I sent another email since I didn't receive any update about my order. the agent replies I still need to wait for 2 more weeks. But at the same time, I found out they are selling a bundle set that includes the same item I bought.

please consider again and again if you want to buy from their official website.

No customer service Ordered 12/3/23

No customer service. I never received my order and yet my credit card has been charged. I have emailed this company everyday at least once a day for the last 4 or 5 days with absolutely no response. They have no telephone. You can only email them. I called my credit card co. today and they are going to file a dispute. At this point I just want my $244.00 back. They are supposed to be a socially responsible company. They are certainly not responsible to their customers. Order#10214US

Appalling Customer Service

Found this company after an article on vanilla perfume recommended their fragrances. I ordered the discovery set, the item was delivered via DHL to the wrong address and while this was not Sana Jardin's fault the customer service following the delivery is. I reached out to them via email as no telephone number listed no response I emailed again a few days later and also reached out to them via social media no response. Ended up after about 10 days raising a PayPal dispute which I then finally got a response from Sana Jardin offering a replacement or refund (I took the latter) I might add that the whole time they were quite happy to bombard me with marketing (16 emails) from time of order to refund without acknowledging my complaint until I got PayPal involved - I would not recommend purchasing form them!

Not a good experience

I found this website accidently so decided to order a discovery set. None of the samples smelled unique or good enough to purchase. The price of each perfume is inconsistent with the scent profile. It’s too expensive. Customer service refused a return because I opened the box. How else was I supposed to know what it smelled like without spraying it? Anyways, the voucher I was meant to receive towards a full bottle also didn’t come.
The only positive about this experience is the delivery service. Everything else is bad. They don’t even have free returns. I have ordered from another fragrance company (Essence Vault) before and the service is much better from beginning to end. I had also found that company via Google.
I would not be ordering from this company again and I regret ever purchasing from them.
