They first offer 10% refund and you keep the product and if you refuse and ask for you 100% as they advertised thrn they continue upwards untiñ they reach 30% and if ypu still refuse they tell you that you pircjased under s stack and save promotion and that all they can do. PLUS THE CLOTHES IS VERY VERY CHEAP MATERIAL!! Looks horrible and very cheap on!!! DO NOOOOOOOOOOT BUY!!!!!!! PURE SCAMMERS AND VERY CHEAP PRODUCT!!!!!!

I must say that the attention was excellent in this website when I had a problem. They answered in less than 24 hours and offered me a great solution. I´m very happy with them and I will continue buying clothes in this shop.

The Claim to do refund but they don't. They offer to send a Replacement with a different size, because they are dirt cheap. I demanded it multiple Times. They offer a different Option with 15% extra störe Credit or what not... And in third time insisting a refund. they Tell you that you can only convert "discounted" products to Store Credits and Link their AGBs.

But they advertise is completly different.

I'm satisfied with the Look and they fit me, but on the lower Chin Area right above the ankle the Material becomes fuzzy after the first time wearing it. I Flame it Off.

DO NOT BUY. This is a scam company. I bought some chinos from them and they won’t refund even though I’m well within the 30 days refund policy stated on the website. Really disappointing. The quality of the chinos are awful and they don’t fit so I’m well within my rights to ask for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs and don’t get stung. I’ve opened up a PayPal case against them as this is just fraud.
