I will in future always read reviews on a Company I have not had previous experience of. The item I received is complete rubbish and only fit for the bin. I am getting nowhere trying to rectify the situation and have reported to Trading Standards.
Do not use this Company. It is a scam

If I could give zero stars I would, total scam, bought a dress from them at £39.99 and when it eventually arrived it was a piece of crap! Never buy from these scammers! They won’t give me a refund offering 10% and keep the rag, then 20% etc

This company Alexandra of London is a SCAM. The items are made of inferior quality, massive sizes and NOTHING like you see on their site. Their clothing isn’t fit for purpose and not even fit for the rubbish dump.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company. My experience will teach me to read reviews before I order anything again. It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive and it is absolute rubbish. I emailed the company to enquire how I could return it for a refund and was asked to send photographs and they would look at it and let me know how to proceed further. I did as requested and received another similar email. I then suggested that they stopped provaricating and just sent me details of how to return the item. I've heard nothing since. I will just have to put this down to experience and put the dress wear it belongs in the rubbish bin.

I placed an order for 2 dresses but when didn't receive any emails confirming order I was forced to email them and asked several times to cancel the order but every time was told I couldn't due to being at warehouse. Still not received and when checked, they were both still in China Not the UK as per website suggests.
Having read all Trustpilot reviews am going to report the Company to Trading Standards in the hope that they can shut the Website down and stop them ripping people off.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!
I have now reported the website as a scam in the hope that it will be closed down and prevent other innocent people losing good money for fake goods!!

When my order finally arrived....Well, the material is terrible and the sizing is massive. DONT order from this company. Also no idea of how to return goods ...I give up and put this down to experience.

After a long wait, my dress has arrived today, 8th June!
The sizing is abysmal. My whole family could fit into it. I just cannot face the task of returning it, (no paperwork with it to refer to for Order Number etc)- so will have to put it down to experience.
How I wish I'd read the reviews first.
I hope other potential customers will learn from my big mistake.

I wish I read this company review before I placed the order on 17/05/2026 and I am still waiting? Every times I've asked kept saying it is in the transit!!!!!! What a waste of my time and my money.

This is a scam company, selling second hand cheap stuff from China. You can never get a return. Stay away of this company!

Sent me the wrong size shoes, tried it on with a 10% refund and still not agreed to process a return/refund. My guess is they are trying to clear stock as looks like they're going out of business but they are in breach of their policy. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards if no resolution in next 24 hours. Obviously no telephone number to discuss with anyone or address.

This is a scam. Don't waste your money. Items are not as advertised and they won't take returns or refunds. Terrible quality and items not as advertised.

THIS COMPANY IS CLOSING DOWN (LUCKILY). ORDERED AN ITEM IN CLOSING DOWN SALE - THEY TOOK 9 DAYS TO GET AROUND TO DESPACTH TOLD THEM 3 TIMES BEFORE DESPATCH DO NOT BOTHER AS THEY ARE DELIVERING TOO LATE. THEY IGNORED REQUESTS AND FORCE ME TO ACCPET THEIR ITEM - STILL NO IDEA IF ITS EVEN BEING DELIVERED BUT BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WASTED SO MUCH TIME CHASING AND THEN HAVING THEM IGNORE REQUESTS TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEIR WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS IS SO DELAYED. THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS IN THE HOPES OTHER BUYERS DO NOT HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE.
