Not recommended
Efficient when driver was present but he was hours late, did another job while completing mine (which led to an additional 30-45 minute delay) and was on the phone when I was unloading my stuff. I wouldn't use them again. I booked an 11am moving on Saturday 31 July with Alfa but he showed up close to 2pm.

Sorry your bad experience and feel like this!
On your booking day the driver was advised(inform) you he’ll be late he didn’t finished his early morning job even he inform you and if you cannot wait you could tell him to arrange another driver or do something, please advice us and will refund the amount you paid.

Highly recommend them.
I have used their service twice now. The first time wasn't as successful because of the language barrier, but the second time really made up for it. What impressed me was their desire to do better and their concern that I was not a satisfied customer.
I would highly recommend Alfi Removals.

I’ve used Alfi removals last minute and very responsive and the team was very experienced and helpful, I wouldn’t recommend anyone they’re the best.
