Incredibly hard to return and have to pay own postage for return.
Very low quality item.
UPDATE:
- The returns process is incredibly difficult because they do NOT provide you with a QR code/an easy returns process that they pay for, instead you have to pay YOURSELF for the postage and you have to make your way to a Post Office during their opening hours (IMPOSSIBLE for working people!!!)
- I finally managed to get to a Post Office to return my item, but they said that it has taken me over 30 days to return it so they won't pay for my returns, and they also won't send the chain back to me
- So now, I am left out of pocket for the horrible piece of jewellery anyway, and I have wasted a significant amount of time

DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE RUDE, STEER CLEAR!!!!!!

Bought a necklace for my other half and he loves it. This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased from Alfred & Co. and I’ll be back again

Great purchase of cross and pendant as a gift which was happily received.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. 4 days later and still nothing. Tried calling but noone answers the phone.

Update. Still not recieved 2 weeks later. Tried ringing loads of times but never answer the phone. No replies to various emails. Total scam.

Update. Contacted by Royal Mail today who have stated the below.
Our tracking system indicates that Royal Mail received a Preadvice notification for the item on 07.02.2024. This is an instruction to advise us that an item is due to be posted. It is generated when a postage label is printed by the sender, it does not confirm an item has been posted or collected by Royal Mail.
Unfortunately, the tracking history for your item indicated that the item did not enter our network until the 15.02.2024.

Goes to show this company do not tell the truth.

Just had an email from them saying they are going to refund me minus £5.99 postage. I didn't get the item but they still want me to pay postage. What a joke.

Update. Still blaming Royal Mail when in fact its obvious you did not send it. What about you not refunding my postage to. No answer to that do you. My advice remains the same avoid this company at all costs.

Final update. Finally got a refund through my bank firstly for item cost then for the 5.99 delivery. This company are not genuine and it feels like a one man band sat in his bedroom operating. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I never got the order! I asked for a refund and they replied they would redispatch the item and have not heard back since.

Wasn’t sure about this website but thought we’d give it a go as my son wanted a chain that wasn’t going to cost a small fortune. Bought one and really pleased with it, so far it seems waterproof as well, and he loved it so much he bought the matching bracelet too. Good products, great customer service I’ve got to add too and very quick shipping and delivery.

Appalling jewellery. Bought a bracelet and it broke. Ordered a different bracelet and that broke.

Replying back to alfred. You say most of your customers look after their jewellery. The bracelet was worn once and fell off. The other bracelet was getting put on my sons wrist and the clasp broke. Like I said appalling quality of jewellery!!!!!

I have not even received my product yet - but i wanted to say the fast response along with my tracking number and support from the team was outstanding i thought this maybe a scam but the customer support has been 10/10 and I'm sure my purchase will also be great too.

Every disappointed . I ordered a chain from this company on December 16 still have not received the chain. Tried emailing this company and Nothing. And can’t locate a phone number to call them but man they sure did take my money to pay them but I have not received my product. Not a good way for Company to run. / not sure where you sent an email to . But I haven’t received anything from your company nor have I received the product and I never received a tracking number for this product and what phone number can I can I use to contact your customer service at because there is no phone number on your website and I’ve tried to email you when I get no response.
