The chain is extremely high quality and it came super fast. I had chosen to get something little engraved, but did not know if they could do hearts , so I put “<3” and they engraved it as a heart which was a nice surprise :)

Very disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service.

I ordered two engraved bracelets and within less than a month of normal wear, the engraved charms on both bracelets fell off. These were a Christmas gift, and considering the price and the additional cost for engraving, I expected much better durability.

I contacted customer support to report the issue and ask for a reasonable solution, but despite following up, I have received no response at all. This is especially frustrating as I had already experienced problems with the order previously, having been sent the wrong length and needing to return it.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but being ignored after chasing is unacceptable. I hope this feedback encourages the company to improve both product quality and customer communication.

Came fairly quickly , chain in great quality ( I can shower in it and go gym and my neck hasn’t even turned green I would recommend buying chains from here.

Ordered a men’s necklace and bracelet before Christmas. After one month of being worn the gold on the necklace has faded and the catch has bent. The bracelet the catch has also bent. For £60-70 I spent I was not expecting them to last years and years but after one month?? I could have bought a £20 one which would have lasted longer. Very disappointed

The service received was fantastic! I ordered 2 chains on a good deal in July for Christmas presents, the ordering was simple and items received very quickly. Once if my sons opened his Christmas Day and wished he’d asked for the next size up, I messaged on Boxing Day (expecting them to say no due to the purchase date) but no the team were very understanding, explained how to return, as soon as they received the item the new chain was out for delivery immediately.
