I recently ordered some dress from this company. They arrived in good time and well-packaged. The dresses are beautiful, look just like the site images, and feel of good quality. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size in one of them though, and customer service was quick to respond and offer me some options for getting the right one to me! Really pleased.

Christmas Snowflake Art Print Vintage Elegant Long Sleeve Maxi Dress Fake Two Piece Dress - I bought this dress, but it wasn't what I expected. The colour is dark brown and not so sparkly red or wine red as depicted on the homepage. The sleeves are 20 cm too long and the dress reaches almost the floor. The fabric is more plastic as cotton, but very soft. The dress was too expensive for how it looks like. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I don't recommend it. Sorry!

Il vestito che ho ordinato, che doveva essere in cotone, era di pessimo poliestere, la taglia non corrispondeva a quella ordinata.
Quando ho fatto reclamo chiedendo il rimborso, mi hanno detto che il reso da mandare in Cina (a mie spese) mi sarebbe costato molto, per cui mi hanno proposto il 50% di rimborso e di tenermi il vestito.
Alle mie rimostranze hanno offerto l'80% e poi anche il 100% di rimborso, purche' annullassi il reclamo che avevo fatto presso PayPal (non accettate, poi spariscono e non riavrete nulla).
Ho quindi deciso di dare tutto in mano a PayPal, che ha decretato che restituissi il vestito (€27 di spese con le Poste) e dopo un mese mi ha reso l'intera somma pagata originariamente
Per la cronaca, il vestito reso e' ancora fermo alla dogana cinese in attesa che la ditta paghi un qualche dazio per riaverlo.
Statene alla larga, campano sull'esasperazione di tanta gente che per qualche decina di euro decide di rinunciare a imbarcarsi in una odissea per ottenere cio' che gli spetta
AGGIORNAMENTO 23/4/2025: dopo esser rimasto fermo alla dogana cinese per mesi, visto che i dazi non sono mai stati pagati, il pacco mi e' stato restituito, con buona pace delle mie spese di spedizione

claims to produce in cotton, but it's purely printed on polyester!
clothes don't match the size-measurements (inch/cm).
Prices are too high for polyester and it's actually very poor cheap polyester. please don't order, they are scam! can't understand paypal listening them as a paypal vendor! waste of time, money and nerves! customer care service does not exist, don't even try to reach out to them. paypal got many reviews over the last months of angry customer of alicevintage.com, still they list them as paypal vendor! what a shame!

I saw this coat on a Facebook advert and I proceeded straight away to buy it without reading the reviews first….
My order got placed straight away, but two weeks later there was no sign of shipment yet.
So I contacted their customer support via email, who advised I could either wait another couple of weeks or take a refund.
As in the meantime I had read a lot of terrible reviews I panicked and I asked them to proceed with the refund and forget about it;
however, shortly after, an email confirmation of shipment arrived, so it was too late.
I really feared the item would never turn up or would be terrible quality like many reviews state.
It has now arrived and it’s really pretty!
It might not be prime materials, but they’re not awful either!
Their customer support have been great, so for me this has been a really good shopping experience despite the delay.

I bought a dress that says in the advertisement is cotton, but is actually polyester and Spandex. Bait and switch.

Floral Art Print Sleeveless V-Neck button up retro midi dress.

Dress was beautiful on the photo but when it arrived the quality was really poor (was supposed to be cotton and it was polyester), both the material and the floral print were nothing like in the picture. Sewing was also bad quality. The dress is not worth half the price. Definitely not recommend them!

Dress arrived looking nothing at all like the beautiful pictures. Really cheap and nasty material but even poorer customer relations. Could not recommend them at all.

Ordered two dresses which claimed to be "Cotton Blend" and "Milk Silk". Arrived 6 weeks later and they were both 95% polyester, 5% spandex. When I reported the issue they made no apology and have not updated their site descriptions. Threatened me with exorbitant return fees and refused a refund.

Purchase a dress it’s look pretty on website when I received it’s doesn’t look as good as photo. So disappointed and will not purchase no more at this store

I ordered my wife a couple of their dresses and the fit was absolutely perfect the material was pretty decent and from order to delivery was only about 2 weeks... Will definitely be ordering more!!!

Do not, I repeat, do not order from this company. Poor quality. The clothes smelled like a$$ and washing them didn’t help. Refunds are incredibly inconvenient.

Pretty shocking, was away when the clothes arrived, but when opened, nothing like the picture, total crap really, too late for me to try get abresponse!\ Never again!

I did not receive any of the items I ordered. And what I did receive was 1 of the 3. The quality is below rock bottom. I have been unable to contact anyone at the company to get any customer service. Do NOT waster your time or money on alicevintage.com

Bought items and they charged my card twice. Bank stopped the payments. In tandem with other reviews that have been posted: avoid this site!

I placed an order and waited 10 days for them to ship! I had to start a dispute PayPal in order to get any movement on it.i received my order and the dresses, though very nice,were not like the photos presented on the website. I was expecting a cotton type material with pleating but the dresses were chiffon. The prints matched though so overall the dresses were okay. The fit was just a smidge smaller than the measurements so order 1 size up. Not sure I would order again

Put in and paid for an order 2 weeks ago, now no record of it. The email order confirmation is useless and I should have seen the red flags then. Can't see my dresses arriving and guess I've been scammed.
Avoid Alice Vintage - it's a scam.

Disgusting scam website. The refund policy is a joke. The item received is of appalling quality and not was shown at all on the website. They do not want to issue full refund as they have "limited profit" which means nothing and has nothing to do with the customer. Steer far away from this website.
