Great item. No communication.
The item I purchased was great. The only thing I would like to see is communication after my purchase. A “your order has shipped” email with a tracking number from usps/ups/fedex would have been helpful so I could track my order. I even signed up for an account and there was still no way to search this information on the website.

I would give them a 0 if I could.
I would give them a 0 if I could. I am still waiting on a refund for an item that was shipped to my mom in a nasty box and torn up to boot on the INSIDE. This was NOT the doings of the shipper that was used. I have been waiting on a refund to my mom's debit card for over a month and I even have a confirmation number from one of their customer service supervisors named Phillip who was going to take care of this asap. In addition, the next morning, I saw an add pop up on my computer for this exact same product by this company for sale for unbelievably less than than they charged my mom. With this shipping, she was charged about $70.00. This item was for sale for around $7.00 the next morning.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

High quality, good product.
But took a little too long to arrive via mail. I wish that stores here in Las Vegas would carry the 'Lesser Toe Splint' which I got through the mail. I know faster delivery would have cost more than the $40. I spent for the splint.

I Tried to cancel my order when I realized it was not what I was looking for..was Unable to do that also never got a response from the company.

Very discouraged with alimed. We placed an order and the wrong part arrived we ask for refund and they tell us we have to pay for shipping and a 20% discount on restocking
