would not accept item to return due to it not fitting . It was take out if the plastic wrapper to try on otherwise I could have returned it now how would i know if something would fit?????? bad customer service will never use them again

I ordered a wrist brace
I ordered a wrist brace, received it and took it out of the box. I tried it on and found it didn't immobilize the way I needed it to. I put it right back in the box and called to get a return authorization. I was told I couldn't return it since I had opened the box. How else am we supposed these know if it works? I paid $82 for a piece of terry cloth wrapped around a piece of pipe insulation. You're business should be ashamed. I will not do business with you again.
